The hotel is conveniently close to the consulate which was the reason for my trip. Overall it was clean they offer clean towels and extras upon request which was great. Some staff was ok others not so much. Above all a good place for a short trip

El personal es muy amable y atento, tienen una pequeña tienda de snacks a buen precio lo único malo nos tocó tolvaneras y se filtraba algo de tierra por l sventanas y donde está el minisplit

Hotel was great for what we needed it! People working in reception were great, fun and kind, willing to help with whatever we needed! The only thing I would say is that the hotel did not provide cooking pans even though the room had a cooking stove. We had to buy some. Other then that it was a good stay

We went to the American consulate and stayed originally at a different hotel but ended up changing to extend suites and we regret not booking with them since we got there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Place was ok however, once we checked in, we had 1 roll of toilet paper and was told we had to buy other ones on our own. Other extended stays I have stayed always have toiletries available as flights don’t allow you to carry too much of them.

It was excellent the guys in the lobby are great helping us with everything.
I just want to let them know that will be perfect to clean the bathrooms more often maybe every two days instead every 7 days.

I went to Juarez for Consular Process. The Staff at the Hotel is very respectful and friendly. Specially Irvin at the front desk, he is very professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. The Hotel was perfect for us because it has a small Kitchen, It was great! I was able to cook our meals. Full refrigerator, Electric Stove with 2 warmers and a Microwave, this was perfect for us. Staff even let us check in early, it was great. With in Walking distance to the bridge that takes to the USA Consulate, clinics and also 3 minute walk to the mall. The Only negative is rooms only get clean at the 6 or 7 day (i don't remember) they don't clean the room every day or change sheets, but I am sure if you require special cleaning they will accommodate or try to help. The halls, pool etc. are very clean and you can do laundry if you require, Hotel is Very safe and secure.
