We stay here yearly to do a ski trip. Easy in and out, decent breakfast, pool and hot tub. We always get a suite as it’s more roomy and nice with a fire place and kitchenette. However this last time the pullout sofa was broke and when we checked in, they asked if there was 4 of us and never told us that the sofa was broke and couldn’t use the bed. Not all of us were sleeping in a king.

With an obvious lack of space and no interest in remodeling or upgrading, this hotel opted to make the room adjoining ours the "breakfast area", complete with a beeping waffle maker and very loud espresso machine in the hall right outside our door starting at 5:30 am. Staff was great, but management really should not be charging for this room.

We stopped here on the way to go skiing. The hotel was in very nice condition, our limited interaction with staff was good. Pool area was clean and fun for our family. Room was very comfortable. Was a light night at the hotel so it was super quiet, which we loved. Breakfast was fine, something for everyone and the area was clean and pleasant. Overall a really good value!

We loved our stay here. The handicapped room was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The pool area was very nice too. Nice breakfast and fantastic staff. Billyjo and Tresemme took really good care of our Mom. Honestly the whole staff was just great.
The downside was the millions of nats caught in cobwebs covering the outside of the hotel. Not a nice visual as you are entering the facility you are about to stay in. Also the wood bench is falling apart.

Overall our stay here was good. Cleanliness in the rooms were fine. But the exterior of the building was in desperate need of a power wash and looked very gross. The staff did good and the pool area was nice.
