Staffs were friendly and great location as you can find anything be it food from woolies or any restaurant

Need to pay $25 for a underground parking otherwise take your own risk to park outside the hotel in the 1.5hrs parking zone. And even I paid in full, I still need to povide a credit card and got hold $100, refund will be in 4-5days after check out.

is a very nice hotel. i love it ao much. Nice room large and comfortable bed, i am surprise it come together a single bed in the room. The gym is amazing feom Snap fitness.

Hotel is just next to shopping centre,so it is very convenient if need to buy groceries and food.

The staff keep telling lies. Not responsive. Give excuse when they forget to clean the rooms.

Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Very good attitude attending to my enquiries. Allowed to check-in earlier which I feel super thankful! Room was spacious and comfortable. 30 mins to the city centre by car.

On top of a small mall, some restaurants nearby. Position away from city center. Good money for quality, room was big.

A good place to stay for Taylor swift concert. The room is quiet. The felicity is new. Staff is friendly. This place is also very close to restaurants, Coles, Kmart, cafe, Asian grocery store. I highly recommended this place for visitors. However, it is a little far from the train station. You’d need to take a bus first.

Pleasantly surprised, nice modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Parking available as part of the shopping centre $35 per night expensive. Free parking more difficult to find.

Well located next to M City shopping mall makes it easy for shopping and dining. Hotel operates 24 hours with free secure parking and are extremely helpful.
