I'm writing a review now for the room I stayed in in May. This was the worst apartment I've ever stayed in, but I've had a long-standing relationship with the owner, so I put up with it. Please make sure I get a clean room on my next business trip.

The shower water was inconsistent in temperature, but everything else was fine. The night view was nice, and the owner's service was excellent.

Room cleanliness and service were average.

The room was great, especially the super soft king-size bed. The host was a very nice, kind, and helpful lady. 666 (a Chinese internet slang term for a very enthusiastic and helpful person)

If you want to buy in bulk, the location is very convenient, and the service attitude is excellent and enthusiastic.

It's really great! Although the hallway outside doesn't look very nice, the room is so cozy and warm. The room is spacious, clean, and fully furnished with all the necessary appliances. It's great value for money! I would definitely choose this place again if I came here again.

My family is going to Shenzhen Bay Port in the morning. I have stayed there before. This time I booked a few twin rooms. It is only 3 bus stops away from Shenzhen Bay. It is very convenient. The owner's service is very good. He is clean and well-equipped. The apartment is located on the 15th floor with an open view. There is a large platform outside the room with tables and chairs. This time, a family of 8 bought snacks and drinks and chatted on the platform. They were very happy.

I went to Shenzhen to stay in Shenzhen for a night with two hundred or so mosquitoes. I really have no wild complaints. It is only about 8 minutes away from the subway station (Nanyou). It is relatively hot during the day, so you must be mentally prepared.

The room is bright, spacious and comfortable. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful. You can see Hong Kong from a distance. There is a washing machine, Cooking stoves, microwave ovens, facial cleansers and other supplies are also available. The proprietress is serious and attentive, and the service is very good.

I made a reservation for three nights and then stayed for one night. I felt bad (the aisle was dark and there were bugs and mosquitoes in the room) so I checked out around 10:30 am the next day. According to my understanding, I didn’t stay after I made the reservation. In the case of early check-out, the hotel should not charge for the remaining nights. When I checked out, the landlord didn't say anything about it. Three days later, the platform directly deducted the room fee for three nights. I called and asked, and the platform explained that all the money would be deducted for early check-out. Finally, they negotiated and said that they could refund me the room for one night. That is, I booked three nights and actually stayed for one night, but was actually charged for two nights. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. In the past, when booking on other platforms, no extra money would be deducted in the same situation. Therefore, whether it is this platform or this hotel, it is not recommended to book a stay again. Of course, I don’t know if this review platform can be published fairly.
