This hotel should be rared a 2 star aa a bed and breakfast. There was also no notice of a weekend flea market right in front of the hotel. Rooms were so small and unclean

very nice hotel but the room is very small

The hotel has charged me twice for the city tax. I've paid in cash the city tax at the time of check-in. At the time of the check-out, a receptionist say they have no record of the city tax payment being in the system. It seems like a fraud. The rooms are ancient and in bad condition. No safe in the room to store valuables.

Je vous donne mon avis pour exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant l'expérience que j'ai vécue lors de mon séjour dans votre établissement le 06/12/2023, sous la réservation numéro ***********. J'ai effectué l'enregistrement à votre hôtel à 15h45 le 06/12/2023 et tout semblait conforme à mes attentes. Cependant, ma satisfaction a été de courte durée. Lors de mon retour à l'hôtel à minuit, le personnel de nuit a non seulement refusé de me laisser accéder à ma chambre, mais a également exigé que je paie pour le petit-déjeuner. Il est important de noter que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus dans ma réservation et je n'avais aucune intention de le prendre. Ce comportement est non seulement inacceptable mais aussi contraire aux normes de service clientèle attendues dans un établissement de votre réputation. J'ai été laissé dans une situation inconfortable et embarrassante, sans aucune explication ni assistance adéquate pour résoudre le problème. Je demande des éclaircissements sur cette situation et, surtout, une action corrective pour s'assurer que de tels incidents ne se reproduisent pas à l'avenir avec d'autres clients. De plus, je souhaiterais être informé des mesures que vous comptez prendre en réponse à cette expérience désagréable. j'espère que vous prendrez cette plainte au sérieux pour améliorer la qualité de votre service à l'avenir

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zudem saubere Zimmer allerdings ohne Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist perfekt und ruhig gelegen, die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut und man ist in unter 30 min an den beliebtesten Touri Zielen. Alles in allem sehr schönes Hotel.

호텔 위치도 지하철 역에서 가까워 찾기도 쉬웠으며, 시설도 깔끔하고 온수도 잘 나왔으며, 생각보다 방도 크기도 넉넉하였으며 직원들도 친절하였습니다

La distancia al centro de Paris es un punto que debes considerar, si bien hay metro a 300 metros, te limita el horario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bien distribuidas, no hubo un frío bar, lo cual lo considero necesario. Después en general está bien.

房間較小，沒有早飯。一個人住還可以。

Great, friendly hotel with excellent staff. In particular, Yassine was superb. Yassine was so helpful and informative, he helped us with many things during our stay, helped to get tickets for the moulin rouge and recommend restaurants in the area. He even went out to get me cigarettes as I have a hip problem and have trouble walking. Yassine is a credit to your hotel. We will defo be returning to the hotel on Yassine’s excellent service alone. Thank you.

In just under One hour from the Airport, we had checked into this smart boutique hotel , Room was perfect size , large walk in shower bathroom, good TV selection, we booked breakfast which was very good, nice choice too of local products, we had a Italian meal from the restaurant next door, very nice quality and further on we had a McDonald’s , we used this as a base to explore Paris via the Metro , which is quite easy to navigate, Paris bucket list done ✔️, very nice hotel with pleasant staff

It a very good hotel at a very convenient location. We could easily roam around in the city with bus station next to hotel. Also there are several food options in close vicinity. Clean and nice room for short stay. Also the staff is super friendly and ramata is an angel kind of person. Loved our stay.

Was looking for a reasonably priced, clean hotel for 3 nights during the Rugby World Cup and this ticked the boxes. Good location, near to Mairie De Clichy metro or a little longer walk to Porte De Clichy (which has better links, including RER train). My room was small but acceptable. Bathroom was decent. I didn't spend much time in the room, as it was used just to sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first day, they had a power cut which lasted 5 hours - not ideal, but nothing the staff could do. I didn't get breakfast but it didn't look that appealing so I decided to go for a walk and grab something. There are plenty supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance (Clem & Gwen was extremely busy every day - didn't try it but that was a good sign). Would definitely return

A very nice hotel, just outside the Île-de-Paris but very close to a Metro station which means you can be in Paris within 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a dreadful McDonalds almost next door. The area was multiracial and offered a number of takeaways etc as a result. The area was well kept there were no issues even at night. There was barely any graffiti etc. Very pleased with the area. You expect a capital city hotel room to be both expensive and small. The room was absolutely fine, small but not tiny and it was well cleaned and not at all jaded. It wasn't cheap either but it was very affordable in comparison to other hotel accommodation nearer the Île-de-Paris. The aircon was timed and would go off during the night, it was also off while you were out as it needed a card in the electric slot near the door. The shower door was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom was very wet as a result but it didn't really matter. Staff were good about tidying the room and replacing towels. I did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff, especially the front desk staff were brilliant. I had a go at greeting in French which is only polite but thereafter they all spoke good English. In fact, I did not have one difficult encounter with a Parisian, without fail every one was polite and helpful. This made the short trip a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend this hotel if I had the good fortune of visiting the lovely Paris again.
