Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. I recommend signing up for their rewards to get 10% off foods and beverages. They have breakfast for champions and their restaurants food is good as well.

A fantastic stay for a business delegation trip. The staff was always super kind to us and all the services excellent. My room was super clean and had all the comforts you must have during a business trip. The Breakfast offered always a really good choice and was delicious. Thank you all!!

Hands down one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. We stayed 3 weeks and initially I was concerned it would be too long, but I didn't want to leave. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Location was close to City Center, a few minutes with an Uber or Bolt. The breakfast was good and enough variety. The staff in the restaurant was attentive and professional. The staff at the pool and pool bar was great. The pool itself was big enough and even on busy days not overly crowded. Great for swimming laps when not busy (usually mornings). The front desk staff was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back next year

Good for Cluj

Liked · Location is within walking distance from the centre and old town, but it is still a 20-25 minute walk. Clean room. Average breakfast. The deep fried zucchini is very good. I had a room towards the yard and it was very quiet (both towards the outside as well as towards the hallway). Disliked · The hotel interior feels sterile and not cozy. Part of the reason for this is that the lighting in the hotel throughout is cold white and in the rooms the lights are much too strong (except bathroom, where it is not strong enough). Suggestion to management: hire a lighting consultant for advice how to change to warmer light to make the lighting work to the hotel's advantage. Also add a few plants here and there to reduce the sterile feeling. I missed fresh bread for breakfast, only toast was available. The music during breakfast was extremely cheesy, elevator style (maybe suitable for pensioners?). However, the real problem was that I was double charged for a one night stay. I was getting suspicious about payment issues already when the owner asked me if I wanted to change the credit card that I had used for the reservation through another website. (Was it to cancel my original reservation in order to avoid paying commission to them?) Since the credit card reservation for the second night was never cancelled even though we decided to stay only one night, I had to write and complain. Despite writing four e-mails about it (of course using the correct e-mail adress) I never got a response from the hotel. Finally I turned to my bank showing them the proof and the bank swiftly reimbursed me for the double payment.

Das Hotel ist eines der besten der Ramada-Kette, die ich besucht habe. Geräumige und einladend eingerichtete Zimmer auf 4-Stern-Standard. Hervorzuheben ist der Service, von der Rezeption angefangen über das Restaurant (Avocado Lounge) bis zum Spa. Das Hotel ist zentrumsnahe und direkt an der meistbefahrenen Ausfallstraßte von Cluj gelegen, und gerade da liegt das Problem: ich hatte ein straßenseitiges Zimmer. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hatte ich das Gefühl direkt neben der Autobahn zu liegen. Analog die Situation in der Avocado Lounge: ein sehr netter Außebereich mit gutem Essen und gutem Service. Durch den tosenden Verkehrslärm kommt jedoch keine Stimmung auf! Dadurch ist das Hotel meines Erachtens nur für einen kurzen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt, nicht jedoch für ein privates Wochenende oder Urlaub geeignet. Schade!
