Unit No. 1 was fine but very small. The biggest positives were that it’s SO close to the beach, they offer a nice selection of complementary beach gear like chairs and toys and communication was perfect when there was a problem with our access code. The negatives were the tight living space, limited storage (no drawers for clothes), very noisy AC and paper-thin walls and floors. We could hear every clunk and bump from upstairs from some very noisy neighbors. While the location was fantastic for the beach, it wasn’t terribly close to anything else other than residences. In fairness, there’s not a lot worth being close to in Cocoa Beach other than the beach. Again, it was fine but it did have its drawbacks.
