Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - North, an IHG Hotel

 Very close to  ATL airport.  Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc.  Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel.  Easy check in.  Clean room.  OK TV and channels, etc.  Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am.  Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor.  Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value.  I would not take a long vacation here, but a  good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.

A night shift worker was so rude , while she was handling us about stuff , she was on video call with her man and I seen that he was naked showing himself to her and she was passing throw some dirty words even me and my daughters heard that too , it’s shame while at work doing that disgusting things

Best to use before going to the airport. However, if you want a cheaper alternative to city center, then the Marta is fairly close and it's only 20 minutes to Five Points. Clean, comfortable with good food options

Staff was amazing! Including the shuttle driver. Hotel was meh. Not totally dirty but not very nice. Elevators didn’t work when I was leaving so I got stuck on my floor until I found stairs.

Terrible Experience. AVOID this hotel if you can. My family and I were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at your Holiday Inn. We chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service, which failed miserably both upon arrival and departure. Upon check-in, we encountered difficulties, as there were no clear instructions provided for the shuttle, especially for international travelers. Unfortunately, despite informing the front desk of our need to catch a specific shuttle, we missed it due to a lack of communication. Here’s what happened: On the morning of our check-out, we clearly told the front desk representative that we wanted to take the shuttle to the airport, stressing how important it was for us not to miss it. With an unhelpful attitude, the rep assured us not to worry, stating that the shuttle leaves on time every half hour. Feeling reassured, we decided to have a small breakfast near the reception. Shockingly, the shuttle left 5 minutes early without any warning from the staff, including the representative who was still there and aware of our request. When we realized what had happened and sought help from the front desk, the representative was unable to assist and seemed indifferent to our plight. We ultimately had to call an XL Uber and incur unexpected costs. As regular guests at Holiday Inn locations in other cities, we were very disappointed this time around. Hotel shuttles are essential for airport-adjacent accommodations, and I strongly suggest that Holiday Inn improve staff training and customer service protocols. AVOID this hotel if you can.

Airport shuttle was not working, I was informed that I will to be refunded of my uber and never happened

Decent hotel for transit. Take a cab or Uber, rather than waiting a shuttle bus, to the hotel will save you lots of time.

GENERALLY IT IS PRETTY NINE BUT IT WILL BE BETTER TO SHORTEN THE SHUTTLE WAITING TIME.
