Had a fun weekend with family

We had a great stay at living water! The room was clean and spacious. It was a little loud the weekend we were there but otherwise would highly recommend

Beautiful newly renovated room with water view, we had a few minor things like no spatula in the drawers but we made do, I moved a chair and there was a ripped up box underneath t from the last people we assumed. The property is nice, a little bit confusing getting to the pool from the new building though.

Staff were professional and friendly at the same time. Greeted with snacks upon arrival. Encouraged to take opportunity to tour the Blue Mountain area with recommendations.Had entertainment in dining area/lounge. Will definitely return

Our stay in the property was memorable and enjoyable. Everything was good. From the location to the rooms cleanliness and space. Would come back for sure!

The rooms are average and are fine for a short stay. I booked a spa treatment and it was ok.

Our floor looked like it was under construction, with painting going on in the hallway and tape along the floors. There was a lot of noise travelling from the room next door - through the shared room door. There was also a lot of people enjoying the outdoor hottub, which kept my children up into the night. The pool is too deep for small children, bring floatation devices if they are learning how to swim. The restaurant was very nice, though for a family of 4, it was an 85 dollar breakfast.

There was no hot water in the room, which occurred mid showering. It took three phone calls to the front desk, very unhelpful instructions, and over 1.5 hrs to finally change the room. It was a very cold day (-14C), so not sure if all the shaking from the cold water would give us pneumonia. In both rooms, the dishes and mugs, as well as the bath tubs and stoppers were filthy. The shovers were both semi broken, and not all the water would make it to the shower head. Not sure who awarded this property the stars they claim to have. I would give them 1 star, at best.

Overall a good property! We have been multiple times. We enjoy the facilities and spaciousness of 1 bedroom suite. Good location. Easy access to blue mountain, Thornbury, and Collingwood. Cleaning service not included in stays. Also towel and linen switching service is available for a cost. Be prepared to wash your own linens and towels. Highly recommend a water view.

I enjoyed the late brunch option for room service. The food from the Lakeside Grill was very good. I enjoyed the salt water pool and the steam room in the men’s change room.

The spa that they say is included in the amenities is not the same one in the photos. Extra fees apply

Not the cleanest, building and furnishings is outdated and updates/repairs aren’t the best.

What a horrendous stay I’m in the business of saving money but like to spend it but charging 50$ for an delayed stay is crazy
