I had to organize 50th Wedding Anniversary for my mom & dad at the Blue Water. From the very beginning I had an awesome support from the hotel event organizing staff. Especially from Ms. Sajeewani Pieris. This lovely lady gave me almost 24/7 service helping me to nail down every little detail even working during her personal time. I had challenges to face rainy season during the month of May, however, with blessing upon us and her diligence we were able to execute the event at a grand scale with everyone having a blast. Ms. Sajeewani even went to the extent of providing us with her own personal ”cake stand” the last minute. I can never expect any service better than this. This is a remarkable customer experience that is worth sharing at global scale. Her professional customer care has taken the Blue Water hotel to a extraordinary standard. I wish her all the best in all her future endeavors and the best of career at Blue Water. Excellent hotel with excellent staffs . Service is very good . Closer to all amenities.. been in this hotel more than 15 times . Love it so much. Foods are excellent. Morning breakfast is very good .some rooms are ocean view . Roof top place is very good .

My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

The Villa in Lavinia is in a beautiful old building. From the road doesn't look so great but inside is very nice. The owner Tyrone made us feel very welcome and all the staff were kind and friendly. The hotel is convenient for getting into Colombo. Many nearby buses go there. Also a nearby supermarket and several good restaurants. The part of the beach near to the hotel is not so nice but is better if you walk further down towards the big and famous Hotel Mount Lavinia. We stayed 5 nights but the hotel and the area is probably better suited to shorter stays. Room simple but adequate. Very good internet connexion. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Wonderful staff, restaurant was outstanding, courteous, polite and extremely helpful…a little gem in a are working city. Reception staff were amazing. Roof top bar was wonderful especially the bar staff.

We chose mount Lavinia hotel as our wedding venue and it was the perfect choice! Mr. Hareendra who was our event manager from the hotel went an extra mile to make sure that we received the best service. He arranged everything according to our requirements. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Anything we requested were arranged promptly upon mere request. He even went to the extent of specially ordering custom made items to deliver the wedding reception of our dreams! Mr. Ravi our food and beverage manager made sure we received an international standard buffet which I had never seen in a wedding menu elsewhere! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had no trouble in getting anything done. Our overall experience was excellent! We definitely chose the best place with the best view, best service and antique grandeur to have our big day!
