"I wasn’t sure what to expect but trusted the Jetwing brand but I was blown away by the architecture, decor and several little gardens. It was beautiful and unique amidst a quiet road in Colombo. Room was comfortable and a spacious bathroom with toiletries. High ceilings gave a very majestic spacious vibe. The staff were brilliant from housekeeping to making sure everything was seamless. The common areas were kept very clean. Bosco made sure all guests request were professionally dealt with. From check-in in to checkout was a breeze. He made sure guests had the best stay at Jetwing Ratnams."

"Check in was quick and got the room quickly, room was a bit smaller but had all amenities needed but mini bar was empty. Had mocktails from their pool bar and they were very nice. Food was not the best, dinner buffet had limited options and had no flavour in any of the dishes. Breakfast buffet was okay compared to dinner. I wanted to check out around 12 and they kindly offered a late check out too. Thank you team. I would recommend this hotel but there I hope their food standards get improved."

"Our first stay at this hotel and it was delightful. Quick and friendly check in, we were generously upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very spacious with a seperate living room. It has a fully functional kitchen, with dishwasher and a washing machine for clothing. Balcony and well appointed room with coffee machine. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was delicious and had a broad range of options. We chose this hotel over the Shangri-La and were very happy with the choice and the hotel is much newer and therefore at the moment, in better condition. Swimming pool is large and receives lots of sunshine. I would stay here again."

"What a start! Thanks to a Trip.com discount, we were able to book a superbly equipped apartment for 5 people at the Supun Arcade Residency – perfect for a relaxing first few days in Sri Lanka. The apartment truly had everything a traveler could wish for: its own kitchen, a large water tank, a refrigerator, and a washing machine! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. On top of that (in the truest sense of the word): a rooftop pool with a fantastic view and a lovely restaurant with really good food. We had a fantastic time and can only recommend it!"

Environment: Strong Christmas atmosphere, and there's always live performances in the lobby, which is amazing! In the morning after breakfast, I saw a young man playing the piano, and in the evening, there was a band playing. It was a great experience. Service: The doormen were all very welcoming. Five-star standard service!"
