整個假期結束前，我們還是打算在科倫坡停留一天再走，於是依然定了這家酒店，早上十點辦入住，因為客人剛退房，我們需要等待打掃，就在邊上坐着，工作人員送上果汁，正是口乾舌燥時，那果汁猶如及時雨，一會兒，一位經理説打掃需要一點時間，請我們去吃自助早餐，我們婉言謝絕，畢竟這有點貴，然後我們去樓下商場吃了點東西，剛回來，經理又問是否可以請我們喝杯咖啡，我們愉快地接受了，同時很感動，因為這等待是我們自己提前入住造成的，但是酒店為了讓我們不至於因為等待時間久不愉快做了那麼多，非常感謝

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The room is clean and specious for 3 of us and the lacking only no toothbrush provided, only 2 towels instead we paid for 3 persons. Breakfast was ok only the noodles is not properly cooked as it is still hard to chewed😅. (Still room for improvement) The main highlights was the service we received from the bellboy Mangala. He is very helpful, approachable and always smiling. Others then that it is easy to get the public transportation i.e. tuk tuk and car. Definitely we will be coming back again. Thank you

A beautiful building in a very pleasant area of Colombo; the architecture and interior design of the hotel are a joy to behold and the vast majority of staff are polite and courteous. Plenty of amenities nearby to suit all tastes and interests. The breakfasts were great both mornings (both the Sri Lankan breakfast and the Western style), and they really lived up to the high expectations we’d had from the Instagram marketing we’d seen. We were upgraded to the North West Suite, which was a larger room, for which we were greatly appreciative; a couple of issues with working plugs and appliances (coffee machine and hair dryer) were reported and rectified, although the wiring/plugs more broadly were temperamental and poorly placed (as expected, possibly, with the charm of an older hotel). However, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was well appointed. Our only qualm was with the overzealous Head of Housekeeping, who seemed to not grasp the subtlety required for such a role, or the privacy with which guests might like to enjoy the beautiful hotel. It appeared that he lingered all too often in search of a tip, and didn’t quite appreciate the boundaries one might desire when paying a reasonable fee for each night. My wife and I took to speedily locking the door and placing the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the handle to keep his incessant interrupting to a minimum. His deputy was, however, an asset to the hotel, who seemed to comprehend the subtle art of providing high quality service for a luxury stay in a lovely hotel. All-in-all, a great choice for a hotel in the heart of Colombo, and hopefully, during a busier season, the aforementioned Head of Housekeeping might spread his overbearing attention across the many rooms of the hotel.

As a practice I usually speak to several staff when I visit somewhere before making a genuine comment for the improvement of that organization. Seeing so many sad faces in this happy place, I deeply thought many times whether to write on this or not. Taking care of External Customers is a good thing as long as Internal Customers (your employees) also feel fairly treated. “Clients do not come first. Employees do. If you take care of your employees, naturally they will take good care of the clients.” Your staff doesn't look to be happy and as customers we can feel those things also. Note to management!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarina Colombo, and overall, it was a positive experience. The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. The owner helped me check in early when the room was full, which was very decent and reasonable. All in all, whether it's a trip or a stopover, this hotel is bang for the buck. 👍🏻

Очень красивое Лобби с живой музыкой каждый вечер! Фантастический ресторан с великолепным шведским столом на ужин, где Вы можете попробовать и свежие морепродукты, и блюда национальной кухни. Очень приятный открытый бассейн на 6 этаже, где можно насладиться и видом на океан, и на город. Просторные современные номера. Особое спасибо хочу сказать очаровательной девушке Дарье - Руководителю по работе с гостями. Спасибо за профессионализм, за доброжелательность, за умение быстро и четко решать все вопросы гостей, а еще за интересное общение! Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз!
