Great location, clean well equipped apartment. The blockout blinds were fantastic. Service was terrific - I emailed to ask if they had a clothes airer and the lady at reception brought it to my door minutes later! This was our first time using Eric Vokel and was so impressed - smooth after hours check in with clear instructions via email. Even the instructions for the electrical appliances

Quiet and clean in an excellent location. We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment and while small it had everything we needed while traveling with our adult children. The beds were comfortable and the blackout shades did their job. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast including a Nespresso machine. We mostly ate the other meals out. Mariela was exceptional. She had great recommendations and was quick to provide what we needed.

These apartments sit in a quiet street just a 5 minute walk away from Copenhagen Central Station. Before I arrived there I worried that being so close to the station would make it noisy But it is incredibly peaceful and private. My apartment overlooked a quiet courtyard and was cleverly appointed with everything I needed. It was all extremely clean and well maintained. The reception is manned between 9am to 5pm by friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Suffice it to say I had a wonderful few days exploring the city and relaxing in my cosy apartment in the evenings.

we have recently stayed here for a city break. the apartment suited our needs perfectly. right next to the metro and close to Copenhagen central railway station. Mariella was so lovely and friendly, sorry we didn't get to say goodbye in person. easy place to stay. easy use of keys. good shower. kitchenette had everything you needed. beds comfy enough. bars and restaurants within walking distance for when it rains so you don't get too wet walking to get something to eat. good central location. would recommend and will look at staying at their other locations based on our experience.

Just back from a family trip to these apartments. We had a two bedroom apartments. The place is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The location is excellent. Very close to the main station and very close to Tivoli. Accessible to all main areas of Copenhagen on foot or public transport. The really fantastic part of this place for us was Mariela who was on the front desk. She is so welcoming, helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay to this beautiful city was great. She is by far the most accommodating and helpful employee we have ever met in all of our travels. Thank you

Very nice hotel and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were immaculate and tidy. For me my ideal hotel is a hotel that is a bit more vibrant and also there is only ever reception from 7:00 till 5:00 so if you have a problem in the night then your stuck. There is also not many people in the hotel so an upside is that it’s not noisy but again if you have a problem in the night, what do you do. The location is very good located near Tivoli gardens and Copenhagen central station. Also the hotel only provide breakfast in a bag for 1 day. There is no food or drink facilities in the hotel. Also the rooms are very plain, made up of mute colours and there are no paintings or photos in the whole hotel.

Delightful Apart-Hotel. Very clean. Compact but with everything you could possibly need, including a washer dryer, iron, dishwasher etc. Good hairdryer. Nice to see lots of towels. Very well thought through. Super friendly reception staff. Booking in very easy and support on hand. Love that you can leave your bags in a locker, once you’ve checked out. Big plus I feel. Metro on the doorstep. Comes highly recommended.

The apartment, while compact like a studio, was more than sufficient for our needs. Its prime location provides easy access to the metro, allowing for convenient exploration of all major sights. The modern and clean design was a plus, and the reception has specified timings for late arrivals, with a self-check-in machine available. Amenities such as a coffee machine, pots and pans, and a washing machine with laundry pod were provided. The bright room was a refreshing change from other dimly lit accommodations. Booking directly offers the bonus of a hearty breakfast bag and facilitates late check-in with the machine. For those arriving by train, utilizing the underground passage from the train platform to the metro avoids the cobblestone streets and inclement weather. However, parking, located a kilometer away, is not free. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with helpful tips for travelers.
