We love this hotel. Everything about it is designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff, without exception, go out of their way to put you at your ease and make you feel at home. From the welcome coffee and pastries in the lounge to the bubbles and birthday cake for my husband in our room, nothing was too much trouble. We especially enjoyed being able to have an open fire. We had free access to Tivoli throughout our stay, with stunning views over the park from our room. It was magical.

Very chic and a little self-conscious, are stupidly overpriced for what it offers, but the Sanders is not a bad option and very well located. My first room was nicely presented and very well decorated, but the WiFi was shocking and it took a while to move to a better signal - in a smaller room. The beds and bathrooms are good - but things I asked for - different pillows for example - just never arrived. So, overall, a little hit and miss and I did expect more for the price.

Stunning! Exceptional! Visually pleasing! The architecture, the smooth modern design! The cleanliness and the polished look! It’s such a captivating hotel! I’m beyond baffled at the mixed reviews on Yelp! The staff went above and beyond! Kudos to Alex the receptionist, who became the bellman, the hotel concierge and the receptionist all within a span of 30 minutes. The staff was exceptionally, friendly and polite. Kudos to management, I hope they take good care of their employees! Such a polished hotel, central to a lot of activity in town! Next to Tivoli gardens and more! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Another thing I have to mention is that the bathroom door simply won't stay open and keeps shutting automatically, which is absolutely dreadful. The shower door is broken. Neat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway. As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression. All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

I am Danish and I would not say that 25hours hotel is a luxury hotel. There are many shortcomings. It is beautifully located in the middle of Copenhagen behind the Roundtower. It is well soundproofed, so you can hear minimal outside noise at night. It is comfortably furnished and the mattresses on the beds are good. However, a mattress topper was missing. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner at Neni as well. The staff were nice, but not that service minded. The window in the room could not be opened. No rooms have a real bathroom. There is a separate toilet and shower and the sink is located in the room. We didn't like that and didn't think there was any luxury in it. Only body soap, shampoo and body lotion are available. A luxury hotel has a somewhat larger selection! There are only free channels on TV because the hotel believes that guests can chromecast what they want to watch. (I wonder how the foreign tourists do it)? The chrome caster in our room didn't work and since we are not young and going out on the town, we had been looking forward to enjoying the evening with a good TV programme. We were probably cheated there! The receptionist apologized and only after asking for a refund of the price, could she offer us a couple of vouchers for the bar. We think this was very petty of a so-called luxury hotel where you expect things to be in order. But she wanted to mention it to the morning receptionist so we could get a refund. She apparently forgot about this because there was no comment about it at checkout and the poor receptionist who was all alone didn't know what to do. The line behind us was growing, so I suggested that she could refund us the breakfast, which she was relieved about. At check-in we were told that there was a sauna and we could borrow bathrobes and slippers at the reception. We said we would look forward to this until the next morning. But fooled again... when we wanted to go to the sauna after breakfast, we were told that it opened at 2pm... honestly why didn't the receptionist mention it the day before. Service.. no, unfortunately the hotel does not know this word. We really like to go to luxury hotels once in a while on different occasions, precisely because we know that things just work there - like Guldsmeden's hotels, Nimb and D'angleterre. But 25hours Hotel unfortunately does not fall into this category. What you pay for here is exclusively the decor, and it is paid dearly.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is super convenient - only a couple of mins walk to the metro, really central location. I was anxious about the contact-free check in upon arrival but couldn’t have gone smoother. The locker room was also incredible. I tried to research beforehand how big the lockers were because I knew I needed to use them on my last day but couldn’t find information - but my large suitcase fit inside just fine. On way day I had a delivery and was worried about the lack of reception, but the hotel customer service called me when it arrived which was super helpful. Room was clean, bathroom was beautiful - my only critique would be the accessibility. There’s no lifts, lots of steps so wouldn’t be a good place to stay if you have a lot of luggage or/and have accessibility needs. I will definitely be staying again!
