DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s the worst place iv ever stayed in the only good thing was the Room was very spacious and clean when we arrived then for a full week we didn’t get bed or towels changed there is no lounge area to sit and have a drink or even to chat to others there is no entertainment at all the food was terrible and lukewarm the restaurant staff if you can call it a restaurant they were lovely but I can honestly say they definitely didn’t cater for British people and are not interested in what you have to say there is absolutely nothing to do outside the hotel no pub / bar you can go sit and enjoy other company or even have a snack I felt that they just didn’t want you there so even if I was offended a week for free I wouldn’t go back

Excellent for recharging and relaxing. Not much to do around the hotel. Quiet in the evenings beach around 15 mins walk. A small complex around 35 mins walk with around 6 or 7 bars/restaurants a taxi there cost 5.55 and coming back 6.35 euro. Staff excellent,food ok something for everyone with diffrent meals every night. Car hire a must for exploration unless you are avid walkers/cyclists.wall to wall sunshine all week. Staff friendly. Hotel/rooms spotless.

A lovely hotel for a quiet chill out week in the sun. It is very modern with only 100 rooms, with an unfussy ethos. It was spotlessly clean and well run, with a laid back vibe. We paid a little extra for a suite in the adult only area which was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was epic, and it was the quietest room we've ever had; we never heard anything. We had a private patio with sunbeds and a garden area at the back. The staff were brilliant, to name check a few: Leidy and Soraya in Housekeeping, Pilar, Francisco, Albie and Carlos in the Dining Room and Bar especially. The dining room is open plan and could be chilly in the evenings due to the breeze. The food was basic but with a good selection. This is not the place for night life, shops and bars etc., but we loved it and will go back again.

The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We stayed in a premium suite which was very spacious, clean and facilities were top notch. Cleaned daily by friendly staff - the bar/restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Plenty of good choice for drinks included in the all inclusive options including Pina Coladas and Mojitos! Food choices at meals were decent, every day there was something different to try. However, there could be slightly more to choose from, I’d imagine due to the size of the area this is a limitation. Food was nice and had no faults in taste and quality. The main issue would be there was no where to really chill after dinner, as the pool bar would close. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the closest beach and the local shops in Costa Calma, you can walk abit further to up to other shops. The bus stop is close and easily can get to Morro Jable etc. Ideal if you want to go away on a relaxing/recharging holiday. If you’re wanting a tonne of activities/night life - other areas of the island may be better suited. Overall 4* experience

The hotel is new. very modern, and very clean. The hotel is wheelchair, rollator usetsand blind people friendly. A lot of glass which limits the privacy. If you sit on the balcony, everyone has a full view. In the room the toilet door is also glass so if someone needs to use the toilet he wakes up everyone in the room—pure Human Engineering. The waiters, and bar service are very effective and helpful which I can't say about the reception. The hotel is a maze of two store units, no map of the rooms was available. The instructions were; "take the elevator to the pool level, the room is behind the pool ". 1. most of the rooms were behind the pool. 2. searching for the one before the last room, with the luggage for two seniors (78 & 76) was not fun The food was not at the level of 4* hotel.

Stayed less than 24 hours before we asked to be moved! Food luke warm which resulted in food Poisioning, choice is so sparse! Receptionist was so rude when asked for an iron. Rooms were clean and nice but 5 hangers! Not 4* BarCelo chains are 4*.

Nice room , modern shower . Piano music all day became tedious , but alot better than pop music all day . Food was nice for all inclusive, but quite cold , the hottest was fried eggs . Overall a nice looking hotel , very clean . The resort of Costa calma needs a good clean and tidy up , maybe then I'd come back to this hotel

The staff are friendly, the pool is heated despite some reviews to the contrary, rooms are nice, showers are very powerful, hotel is very clean, drinks are good. Overall for what you pay it's very good value. Only suggestion I would make is open the pool bar in the evening so you have somewhere to drink after your evening meal. Also the food could be a bit better.

Great for what we had, 2 nights for a young family meant it was very good value Vs most hotels that exploit on prices given the kids share the same room space. 2 nights was enough Initial impressions of room were great, staff were quite dry in general, some could be taken rude but don't think was the intention. At first thought worth 4 stars as so modern and well presented, felt classy. Over the 2 days realised not kid friendly, mostly English guests and couples, royal suite opposite was more basic presented but everything was better over a longer stay, hotel cheaper too - more geared to families Food very hit and miss, would be cold even if you arrived at meal start times...drinks excellent. Saw a few dead roaches but not too near the food. Surprising minimal interaction to reviews and willingness to improve surprising given all the recent investment. Needs to focus on basics, gives a great impression but too many basic flaws Would return as a couple for a night or two - comfortable if the weather is off / if visiting the oasis park if the price was right, but better places about
