WORST hotel in Tenerife, honestly . We arrived at 9pm the doors was locked had a phone number to ring and was told they had overbooked so instead of 2 rooms that's was booked we could only have 1 , so a we had to share beds and 2 people had to sleep on the sofa ( great start ) the next day we was given another room but we paid for 2 sea view room and none was , ( included pics) the rooms were damaged , dirty and not safe , nothing worked , shower was broken , fuse box hummed , plugs off the wall .we spoke to reception he was not helpful at all and told us tough they is no other rooms . It was a massive damper on our holiday lucky we only stayed for 5 days we didn't have spare funds to move hotels so had to stay , we only went back to sleep but please please don't book it is honestly horrendous.im now looking for a refund on the hotel and will fight it !!

When we arrived the doors are locked and there was a note on the door with a list of guests names on and a number to ring, we rang it and they gave us a code to open key box so we could get in, was no reception, the desk was always empty the whole week, we let ourselves into our room and first noticed the light switch cover was missing and switch was loose, the room was basic but liveable but the floors were dirty/dusty, there was just enough cutlery for the 2 of us with one large red cup and 1 tiny white cup, few mismatched plates, I had to clean the floors myself because our feet got filthy within minutes, when we had a shower the bathroom got flooded, the shower was fixed so that it was spraying directly at the shower curtain and it ran down curtain onto floor and it came out the bottom of the shower base too, it came out under the base. The ceiling above shower was peeling and bits would fall into the shower, the pool area is nice but only about 20 sunbeds around it, there's no toilets around the area so have to go back to your room, you are not allowed to eat anything around the pool area, we didn't get told this, we made some sandwiches and were going to stay at pool for day but got shouted at by a caretaker in Spanish he was angry, but like I said we didn't know as no staff ever around no reception. The area is in the middle of other holiday apartments and residential apartments , there is a local shop few minutes down the road and bars and restaurants 10 minutes down the road but they all shut on different days so out of the 4 bars you have at least 1 open each day, we used Google maps and walked in different directions to find other places to eat and found a few a 20 minute walk away, the best thing is there's a bus the 467 that stops outside the apartments and runs every 10-15 minutes and is very cheap to get to Los christianos which is lovely, the beach and area is so much better. The cleaners came in once and changed towels but no cleaning done, we had ants in room and loads on the patio area got so bad we had to buy some ant killer ourselves for €6 luckily it worked, on the day we checked out we weren't being picked up until the afternoon so had to stay by pool for day, they don't have a area for suitcases to be stored safety so couldn't go anywhere else, reception was there that day to collect our keys then they left again, so we had no where to go to the toilet or get changed after using the pool area, this was so stressful so just wanted to go home. Won't ever return to this place,

Arrived at 2am (tried telling them beforehand). Called the number and an angry man answered, swearing about it being 2am. Felt quite unsafe/ unsettled. We were eventually let in. Very basic cheap studio. No basics like hand wash, kettle, toaster etc. No air con. Shower was tiny and the curtain was useless, the floor often ended up soaking wet. Towels were only changed once the whole week. Same with toilet paper. Dishes provided but no cleaning supplies. Pool was okay. Beds were ok, very thin blankets but wouldn’t need a thicker one with the hot weather anyways. One of the lights didn’t work. No one at reception for most of the stay. On a good note- the hotel was right outside a bus stop, close to nearby cafes/pubs and a small shop around the corner. All in all, not the best stay, but it was only cheap so you get what you pay for. I recommend investing into a more expensive place for a more pleasant stay elsewhere.

There is very little to be positive about. The location is good and the apartment is a good size. On arrival I noticed that an electric socket was hanging off the wall and on checking bedding, there was a dirty pillow case. These were reported to reception and was told the socket was being dealt with. Never fixed! The pillow case was changed. The shower window was broken and screwed closed. Although the studio slept 3 there was only two chairs for the terrace. Kitchen was sparse, 2 mugs, 3 sets of cutlery, no kettle or microwave. Fridge kept leaking water. Bins only emptied once during our stay and clean towels. Had to hire a fan as it was stifling in the apartment. No umbrellas around the pool and it was hot with no shade. 2 safes but no instructions for them or information for doctors etc. I would never go there again. The studio was 113!!

This has to be the worst apt i have rented in selicio. On arrival no soap or shower gels in shower room. No micowave. No diswasher brush or sponge or washing up liquid or cleaning liquids. A safe that does not work. No iron or ironing board. No spare towels. Noise from upstairs as moving furnature. Noise from corridor people passing. No balcony viiew. And a balcony that was dirty. Many things you would normally expect to have when renting a holiday apartment and not expensive. No rubbish bags

This wasn’t our first choice of accommodation, we had booked Laguna 11 through OTB however they overbooked and left us last minute with very few options, on their website this option seemed to be the best of the three they offered us !! How wrong was I ? Would hate to imagine what the other places were like Arrived at lunchtime locked out no staff around and already in a stressed out mood after a eventful flight didn’t notice the sheet of paper on the front door with names on it it’s not particularly large or very obvious Someone let us into reception and after about a half hour wandering around found a cleaner who was able to get us our keys and show us to the room So the room !! Furniture is very dated, the sofa bed by far needs put in the dump my daughter ended up using the mattress on the floor the whole holiday. The bathroom had a lot of stains and marks over the units, there was dirt on the tiles behind the sink, the shower head was broken and any hot water was only available for one out the three of us staying there so cold showers/baths all round. Tv wasn’t working, Wi-Fi had to keep getting reset btw you have to climb on top of a chair and reset the box on top of kitchen cupboards, there was no kettle or toaster, took three days for them to supply any, cooker didn’t work no oven ! Beds weren’t even proper single beds more like camp beds and kept moving ever time you turned over at night, the mattresses were solid and barely managed a full nights sleep the whole week. No air con the rooms were warm had to leave window open and between kids cats and neighbours making noise till 2am it’s not ideal. Locked ourselves out the first night !! No reception ! Whoever was on the other end of phone kept hanging up on us and OTB took till 11am to contact me next morning to ask if we were ok was phoning them at 10pm !! Fortunately my daughter remembered leaving the door slightly ajar so she jumped a wall and borrowed someone’s broom from Their terrace and managed to use the brush through the terrace gate to reach the keys on the unit and drag them to the door ended up separating f the keys to avoid future mishaps The pool was cold and small and wasn’t the cleanest full of grit and sand in the bottom, no smell of chemicals at all not sure there was a cleaning protocol tbh Good points !! The bus stop was right outside the 468 was regular into los Cristianos, las Américas and las Galletas
