Very nice resort, especially for families with young children. The lifeguards rolled out a big inflatable pool slide one afternoon and every day they rolled out a floating “carpet” that ran into the water so the kids could challenge each other with running on it. Lots of fun and a great attitude from the staff. Food was good and we had breakfast with our rental. We ate lunch and dinner once on property - it was a good buffet but somewhat pricey. For other dinners we headed into Sanlucar on one of the squares - highly recommend. We had two rooms and one had much better functioning air conditioning than the other. It gets chilly at night here so be sure to request a blanket for the bed if there isn’t one in your room. The one slight disappointment was Re the in room safe, which came with a daily fee. For a property this nice, I’d expect a safe to be provided as a gratis service.

El hotel está fabuloso ( aunque sea invierno), con las animaciones activas y demás funciones como si fuese verano. A mí familia y a mí nos ha encantado y eso que mis hijas no han podido disfrutar de la piscina exterior, en verano tiene que ser una maravilla. La verdad es que cada vez que vamos a un hotel Playa salimos super contentos. Las comidas estaban bien, pero las cenas de 10. Me ha faltado estar un par de días más para poder disfrutar 100 %. Por poner un pero es que las bebidas alcohólicas fuera del todo incluido son un poco caras.

A nice hotel, nice room and good beds. Large swimming pool with lots of space and plenty of beds around it. You are on the beach in no time, but that is a public beach and therefore no beds from the hotel. In fact, no beds at all. Environment also beautiful. However, there are also points for improvement. La reserva fue del viernes 28 al lunes 01, pero por horarios prácticamente pagamos 1 día para nada, porque llegamos a las 2am del sábado y nos fuimos a las 4am del lunes. Solicitamos un picnic para compensar el desayuno del lunes, pero nadie nos cogió el teléfono durante el domingo estando fuera del hotel (nos dijeron que avisáramos), pues tras muchos intentos fue imposible. La joven de recepción no nos pudo dar solución sino un ”lo siento”. Limpieza 10, atención amable pero faltó ese detalle de compensar un poco con el cliente los malos horarios compatibles con el hotel.

Tendo como opção uma pernoite foi muito bom ter a possibilidade de, para além da estadia, tomar um café da manhã e jantar. O quarto é confortável e com espaço suficiente. O banho é bom, mas o suporte do chuveiro deve ser reparado, pois do jeito que está obriga que fiquemos segurando a ducha durante o banho, o que é um tanto incômodo. To my surprise this is a GEM hidden hotel. I do my bookings based on previews reviews. Well, the hotel room floors are in marble and super clean. Bed is quite comfortable and felt like everything was new. The breakfast is good, lots of choices. My room had a balcony over looking the swimming pool. Did not use the facilities nor the bar which was open until 12AM. Check in at 10pm was an easy process. Complimentaty airport transportation but at a certain times only. It is so close from the airport that walking could be an alternative if only they had a sidewalk. Rural hotel, so a car is highly reccomended. Nothing is available in the immediate surroundings. Ideal to take an early flight or arriving on a late flight. Service very good. More like a rural hotel. Overall, a steal for the price..

La cocina un 10. Comida casera muy bien elaborada y a precio razonable. Deseando volver el año que viene.

The lifeguards rolled out a big inflatable pool slide one afternoon and every day they rolled out a floating “carpet” that ran into the water so the kids could challenge each other with running on it. Lots of fun and a great attitude from the staff. Food was good and we had breakfast with our rental. We ate lunch and dinner once on property - it was a good buffet but somewhat pricey. For other dinners we headed into Sanlucar on one of the squares - highly recommend. We had two rooms and one had much better functioning air conditioning than the other. It gets chilly at night here so be sure to request a blanket for the bed if there isn’t one in your room. The one slight disappointment was Re the in room safe, which came with a daily fee. For a property this nice, I’d expect a safe to be provided as a gratis service.

A mí familia y a mí nos ha encantado y eso que mis hijas no han podido disfrutar de la piscina exterior, en verano tiene que ser una maravilla. La verdad es que cada vez que vamos a un hotel Playa salimos super contentos. Las comidas estaban bien, pero las cenas de 10. Me ha faltado estar un par de días más para poder disfrutar 100 %. Por poner un pero es que las bebidas alcohólicas fuera del todo incluido son un poco caras.
