Villa Pattono Relais

When searching for a place to stay in Langhe, criteria was clear. We wanted to stay in a place surrounded by vineyards and we wanted a place with charm. Well, this estate can throw out charm in buckets as it is literally full of it :-) and vineyards are everywhere you look. We really enjoyed the stay as the room was awesome, the pool, the whole place is so magically charming. I especially appreciated excellent wine list and there was no problem to get a bottle with Riedel glasses to a pool. Very strongly recomended place!

We spent a week in this splendid hotel and absolutely loved it. Our room was gorgeous with a very nice patio and great views. The staff to a person was excellent - friendly and accommodating at all times. When the weather cooperated, views of the Alps in the distance were amazing. The restaurant was quite good for dinner and breakfast. We did go to nearby Wine Story for dinner a couple of nights and loved it. The small spa was also quite nice and the masseuse was wonderful. Staying here was like staying in a very wealthy friend’s small country estate. We recommend it highly. And the location cannot be beat for touring around the Langhe region of Piedmont.

This small hotel in the countryside is simply wonderful - expensive, but well worth it, with beautiful rooms, lovely terraces, and a fantastic pool. The restaurant is also absolutely superb, with excellent food and great wines.

Struttura molto bella, in un palazzo storico ma completamente ristrutturata con classe e gusto. Noi avevamo una suite al 1° piano, stanza molto grande con tutti i servizi, alla stregua di un 5 stelle. Bagno molto grande con vasca e doccia estremamente spaziosa anche se praticamente priva di porta asciugamani... Vista meravigliosa sulle colline di astigiane. Spa piccola ma con tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi Ristorante buono. Unico neo? La colazione! Purtroppo non è all'altezza della struttura. Poca scelta su tutti i fronti, pochi prodotti tipici (basti pensare che non c'era la crema di nocciole ma solo quella di gianduia...), alcuni dei prodotti erano industriali. Direi più una colazione di un business hotel di provincia che di un relais di quel livello. Un punto facile da risolvere ma molto importante.

Una coccola per il palato regalata dai piatti gustosi. Una coccola per l'anima regalata dal servizio attento e gentile. Il sole ha reso il pomeriggio caldo e all'insegna del relax nell'area esterna. Esperienza da ripetere con l'aggiunta di qualche ora in spa o in piscina sicuramente!

Villa con vista mozzafiato sulle vigne dell'Astigiano. Personale molto gentile che cerca di esaudire sempre le richieste dei clienti. Molto bella la zona benessere, la massaggiatrice Maria è molto brava. Posto che consiglio per chi vuole passare alcuni giorni di relax.

Tutto bello, magnifico, la Villa immersa in mezzo al verde e alla tranquillità tra Langhe e Monferrato, concede il massimo del relax entrando nella Spa “privata”, riservata solo ed esclusivamente per me e la mia compagna!Staff professionale e gentile! Torneremo di sicuro!

Nach Jahren mit herzlichen Mitarbeitenden, die Freude an ihrem Tun hatten und einem ausgezeichneten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in allen Bereichen, müssen wir uns nun leider von der Villa verabschieden ... Nachdem ich zwei Male die Direktion wie auch den Besitzer, Herrn Ratti persönlich angeschrieben hatte und NIE ! eine Reaktion erhielt, muss ich leider einen Stern vergeben. Seit knapp zwei Jahren weht ein "neuer Wind" vor Ort ... die bis anhin sehr gute Preis-/Leistung ist gänzlich weggefallen. Ein drei Sterne Haus neu mit fünf Sterne Preisen, grosse, personelle Veränderungen, die vormals "gute Seele des Hauses" ist verschwunden, viele unserer Bekanntschaften haben ebenfalls Konsequenzen gezogen … - Wirklich sehr, sehr schade. Wir kommen unter solch widrigen Umständen nicht wieder und können das Hotel auch nicht mehr guten Gewissens im Freundeskreis weiter empfehlen. - Geben die Hoffnung aber nicht auf, dass in ein, zwei Jahren, wenn die Einsicht der Verantwortlichen doch noch siegt, alles zum alten zurückkehrt und wir auch wieder regelmässig unsere "Familie" besuchen können.
