The great thing about this site is that management take notice of your comments . They acted on our complaints and corrected them all that is a real plus. A five star site needs to be able to do this and they have done so. August is z very busy month for all vacation facilities but Alannia corrected all our issues

I seriously would like to comment my stay at Alannia Costa Blanca, this is our ninth winter stay at Alannia Costa Blanca, my reason for this comment is that I am not sure if we shall be coming back due to my wife Frances conditions with dementia, however I would like to express my gratitude and feelings for this fantastic resort, the staff in all the service departments, resepsjon, restaurant, cleaning staff that cleans the toilet building to perfection ( I have a job getting my Willy to come out because it’s so clean) and definitely the administration for Alannia Costa Blanca. You are absolutely spectacular to us,. It's been a really tough one to review. There are so many positives, but sadly, there are so many things that bring it down. Positives. The site is stunning, and the pools are out of this world. They look exactly like the pictures. The hotel is close to the airport. Negatives. The food is so bad. This is the main reason that sadly, we will never return. Choice is poor. It's always cold and just isn't good enough. If this improved, we would return. How can everything be cold? Sadly, we had undercooked chicken, too. The main pool is closed off season. This isn't well advertised. It's built solely to service the Spanish; no English menus, entertainment or effort to cater for british people. We are still here now - I normally wait until the end to provide a review, but the food is that bad my score will never be higher. The site is very isolated. The rooms are never cleaned. This place could be 5 star. The food has to improve though.

Just arrived home after a month staying on this site in a campervan. First i would like to to say we both found that all the staff were very hard working, Professional and courteous. The pitches were of a good size and well kept,with very modern toilet shower facilities. The Plaza had a very village community feel about it, the bar staff were very efficient even at busy times. Food was of a good quality would recommend the paella for two. Great choice of pools plenty sun loungers. The main reason we choose this site was because they had a spa and gym,we could not go away for a month without working out LOL, the gym had a wide variety of equipment plenty for full body workouts, the only thing. the equipment is really showing it's age and in need of updating. Would i book this site again... yes have for next year. well done Alannia Jane and Dave Wales.
