El hotel valorado es Convento de Giraldo, ya que nos llamaron que nos trasladaban de hotel por una avería en el hotel Leonor de Aquitania.

The room was a bit small, and the view from the room I stayed in wasn't great, but it was clean and reasonably priced. It was also good that the wifi network was strong. However, there was a student group staying on the same day, and they were making a lot of noise until late at night, which was disruptive. 部屋は少々狭く、自分が泊まった部屋は景観も良くはなかったですが清潔で価格もリーズナブルでした。 wifiネットワークが強かったのも良かったです。 ただ当日学生の団体も宿泊していて、夜中まで大騒ぎをしていてうるさかったです。

I stayed here for two nights in the sole Suite room they have, right up at the top. It is accessed from the third floor, with a staircase inside the bedroom to take you up to the floor above where everything is located (so it is not accessible for those with reduced mobility). The room was quite old fashioned but very large, and really nothing else matters once you take in the view from the private terrace. There’s a variety of chairs and loungers out there, so if you’re visiting in warmer weather than I was then it would be a fantastic place to sunbathe in absolute privacy (it’s literally the only terrace up there, with no-one overlooking it). The gorge is directly in front, with the old town continuing to snake further up the hill to the left, as well as down to the right towards the newer urban sprawl on the plain below. The Parador and its footbridge are all the way down below on the floor of the gorge. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the Raff San Pedro restaurant in the basement is one of the best in town. This is not a hotel for those who cannot manage hills, but then again Cuenca generally probably isn’t the place to go if you’re in that condition! Lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay. Very glad I followed the recommendation in the Rough Guide and chose this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location with stunning views of Cuenca. It was also very reasonable. The hotel is within walking distance of a number of good restaurants and cafés. The hotel itself had a lot of character with a mix of exposed stone walls and modern bathrooms. The rooms were tidy and the AC worked very well even in the middle of a very hot summer.

Fabulous small hotel with fantastic views and more than worth 3 stars. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the bathroom equally and had a full size bath and plenty of hot water. Great views of the cliffs from the window. Breakfast offered a fair choice of hot and cold buffet with an array of juices and hot drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive and I really wanted to stay longer. The hotel is a short walk from plenty of restaurants and ideally placed for exploring the 'hanging houses' and other historically important places. Don't be put off when you enter 'New' Cuenca. Once up the narrow cobbled streets you are in another world. Parking was possible (free) about 300m further up from the hotel and I believe there is underground paid parking very near by. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The comfort, the service and the amenities make this a great place to stay. We shall return!

We loved our stay here! We chose a premium room with views. We could see across The Valley from our room and over to the Parador hotel. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable- with radiators (essential for cold December) and aircon. The bathroom was spacious and had a really nice jacuzzi bath as well as a shower. We were in room 1. I suspect if you could choose the room 2 would be the best one as it seemed to have multiple windows. I would highly recommend the breakfast. Lots of choice (pasties, bacon, eggs, cheese, ham, wide selection of fruit) and great coffee. The bar was nice too, we had a snack there but did not try and downstairs restaurant. Downstairs is also where the spa is located. We booked a hour slot at reception and enjoyed the facilities to ourselves. The hot hub was really nice and there are saunas there too and well as some basic gym equipment. The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Parking was over the road in a public carpark where hotel residents get a small discount. It is well located for exploring the old town. Highly recommended!

No estábamos alojados en el hotel pero estuvimos comiendo en la cafetería el día 1 de enero pedimos menú del día fue muy decepcionante porque el primer plato lasaña con berenjena la pasta dura no se podía comer segundo plato bacalao no era de los mejores tercer plato postre solo había opción a pedir panna cotta de café y por decir algo más las copas de vino estaban rotas gracias

El hotel está en la zona de la Catedral, situación inmejorable para la visita al centro histórico. La habitación donde nos alojamos disponía de balcón con vistas preciosas a la montaña y el parador. Es amplia y cómoda. La cama es amplia y dispone de edredón. El baño muy correcto con amplia ducha y unas toallas suaves y esponjosas. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno es correcto y abundante. Parking muy próximo. La única paga es que entra mucha luz por la noche, por las cortinas y por la puerta. Cien por cien recomendable.
