Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service.
Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired.
Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

The breakfast was worth waking up for despite the jet lag. Vissen and Hurrin were very attentive and delivered a great service. Thank you! Pictured is my breakfast: chicken sausage, hash browns (delicious), mushrooms and vegetables. Tailored exactly what I wanted as I didn’t fancy eggs. Also enjoyed trying the Dim Sum!

Nishta was so professional and nice. Great service and well presented plates. Me and my friend received such a warm welcome from each team members. The cakes were delicious, I would recommend to have a taste. It was a very nice experience ,will definitely go again.

Had a great service and wonderful food and was served by the beautiful and lovely Nishta who served us a very delicious choolate and coffee cake. Nishta also made sure we were very comfortable and was very professional, accomodating and very sweet. We were there on 17th April 2024. We spent a nice time. The food was enjoyable, appetising, exquisite, value for money. The staffs are very welcoming specially Ridwaan, Yash and two more whom I did not notice their names. I highly recommend this Hotel.

today ,with my wife, we sampled the delights, for the furst time , of Brunch at labourdenais caudan. although this was our first time, it definitely will NOT be our last. from the moment we entered the dining area we were welcomed , not only by the Manager , but the whole team who during the course of the meal went out of their way to ensure our visit was special . the food selection varied and well presented we were constantly amazed by the attention we received by the whole team. the music add an ambiance to the whole event. we would strongly recommend fine dining at this location . it has to be tasted to be believed. A big thank you to ALL the team who made our day so memorable. Needless to say we will now be regularly attending this event. Come and join us .
