O hotel é muito bom, o quarto melhor que a maioria dos hotéis, no entanto, as condições do banheiro foram péssimas, sujo com marcas de urina seca no piso em frente ao bacio, bacio encardido por dentro, tampa do bacio solta, porta shampoo e sabonete no box solta, trinco soltando com risco de ficar preso no banheiro. Imperdoável um hotel com essa categoria e preço em um estado de conservação e limpeza do banheiro dessa maneira. O hotel fica anexo a um prédio de apartamentos e centro comercial. A recepção fica na sobreloja. A atendente na recepção era inexperiente. O atendimento pelos porteiros e manobristas foi muito bom. O café da manhã é em um restaurante no térreo, excelente e com bom atendimento.

Quarto amplo, banho bom e cama boa. Deixou a desejar pq a parede do banheiro estava toda riscada, e o vidro do box não estava limpo, com manchas.

The hotel doesnt have a pool, city view, or free breakfast. For the price, i find it way too inconvenient.

We got a night stay at NH Hotel The Five in Curitiba as a gift for my parents' 50th anniversary, and they loved it. Everything went smoothly, from the booking to special voucher and celebration arrangements. I live abroad but I was able to contact the booking department through email and WhatsApp chat. They had a great time. Thanks for all the staff that helped make this occasion even more special.

The hotel is beautiful. The bed sheets had a strong bad odor of detergent. Room had dust. As you can see in the pictures the shower had molds. The air-conditioning was VERY noisy. I had to call at least few times the room service for cutlery.

Several problems with housekeeping during stay: At first, I was assigned a room that the reception had been advised was vacant. I enter the room and it is occupied! Second, no shampoo in the room. I call the front desk and it takes them 90 min to bring me two bottles, but they happen to be shower gel! Glasses in the room were never replaced, even though they were dirty. My second room key was removed from the room by the housekeepers while I was gone and no one at the hotel seemed to think this was a problem. Bath towels were not provided on the last day and I had to call the front desk at 4 am in order to be able to shower before my flight.

Extremely clean hotel, comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff and they speak some English. Excellent breakfast. Wi-Fi needs improvement as it kept dropping very frequently and was unavailable at times. Reported to staff but nothing could be done. Overall excellent stay.
