The rooms were very cold and the little hot plate on the wall did little to warm them up. The hot water was iffy. You may have some, or you may not, or it may take a good 10 minutes to warm up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so unless we opened the window, the towels never fully dried and everything was constantly damp. Some members of our group had to switch rooms due to mold on the bathroom ceiling. Plus it's a good 30-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, where all the good shops and restaurants are located. There are plenty of affordable places near the plaza that are better and have reliable hot water.

Hotel Agustos Cusco is a cozy and warm place about ten minutes from the Plaza de Armas. We enjoyed breakfast every day during our stay as we mostly were out all day touring Cusco. Don´t miss it! The overall service is neat. The facility is immaculate. Personnel is kind, professional and helpful. We are pretty picky when booking an accommodation. We highly recommend Hotel Agustos Cusco for your next trip to Cusco. We are coming back to Agustos Cusco this year and cannot wait to see Agustos Urubamba. Enjoy!!

Un cómodo lugar no es nada del otro mundo ni lujoso, pero funciona perfecto para una agradable estancia en cuzco, central y para hacer todos los tour alrededor, esta cerca al aeropuerto, a una cuadra del monumento de pachacute, 20mins aprox de la plaza de armas, zona tranquila y cerca a restaurantes lugareños económicos, todo el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar, buena agua caliente, una cama cómoda para descansar de las largas caminatas, desayuno abundante y variado, que mas puedo decir recomendado!
