The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

We have had a lovely stay at this hotel! We were greeted with warm tea upon arrival and were upgraded to the most luxurious room we have ever stayed in! The staff here are so warm and attentive. One of our favorite aspects of our stay was a complimentary coffee tasting with Santiago who is truly a master of his craft and gave us some good tips of things to do to round out our stay in Cusco! We have passed several of the other hotels we were considering and have no regrets about choosing this one. When we visited the Santo Domingo monestary we were happily surprised to note that a lot of the art displayed (that you cannot take pictures of) is casually hanging on the walls of this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

There are many beautiful places to stay in Cusco, but this is truly luxurious and unique. Set in a historic building, the layout and organization of the hotel is spectacular. There are multiple courtyards to explore, wonderful public spaces to absorb the history and splendor, and an amazing staff with warm, Peruvian hospitality happy to serve you. There are beautiful scenes to take in at every turn, and the guest rooms are grand and inviting. We stayed here for two nights, so were able to spend leisure time enjoying the property. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was outstanding.

Super service minded, very helpful, kind and smiling personnel. The breakfast was great and they made us very good lunch boxes whenever we had to leave too early to get breakfast. They allowed us to have the luggage stores for several days when we went on hikes. We enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely recommend it.

Si deseas una agradable estadía en Cusco ve al Hotel San Pedro Plaza. Tiene una excelente ubicación cerca a la plaza de Armas. Tiene amplios espacios, limpios, iluminados, acogedores, cómodos, seguros y muy tranquilos. Las habitaciones están muy bien dotadas con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía, buenas almohadas, tohallas, armario, teléfono, mesita de noche, lámparas, silla, calefacción, caja fuerte, un amplio, limpio e iluminado baño. excelente servicio de recepción y restaurante. El personal es muy atento y servicial, recibes una atención cercana, oportuna y muy cordial. Los desayunos variados, ricos y muy completos. Es una muy buena opción costo- beneficio para una estadía en Cusco. Lo recomiendo. Yo volvería.

We arrived at Turiwasi without any real expectations of a hotel. After all, ”boutique” encompasses so many things... Upon entering we were transported into a beautiful place with original Inca architecture at the very back (huge monoliths). Liz greeted us and showed us to our rooms where we found them to be quite big and with all the necessary things one needs on a short stay. When we left for the daily tour I found a guidebook on my way out and Liz was kind enough to let me borrow it for the next few days (even the days when we did not stay with them). Breakfast was delicious (especially the coffee). And the staff were kind enough to offer me some of the coffee grains they use for me to take home with me. Sadly, we left earlier than expected and I did not get to take the coffee with me, but the staff did everything possible to get it there on time. The location is incredible. You are 10 steps away from the Plaza de Armas.
