The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

We have had a lovely stay at this hotel! We were greeted with warm tea upon arrival and were upgraded to the most luxurious room we have ever stayed in! The staff here are so warm and attentive. One of our favorite aspects of our stay was a complimentary coffee tasting with Santiago who is truly a master of his craft and gave us some good tips of things to do to round out our stay in Cusco! We have passed several of the other hotels we were considering and have no regrets about choosing this one. When we visited the Santo Domingo monestary we were happily surprised to note that a lot of the art displayed (that you cannot take pictures of) is casually hanging on the walls of this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

There are many beautiful places to stay in Cusco, but this is truly luxurious and unique. Set in a historic building, the layout and organization of the hotel is spectacular. There are multiple courtyards to explore, wonderful public spaces to absorb the history and splendor, and an amazing staff with warm, Peruvian hospitality happy to serve you. There are beautiful scenes to take in at every turn, and the guest rooms are grand and inviting. We stayed here for two nights, so were able to spend leisure time enjoying the property. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was outstanding.

Normally we don't write any reviews, but an hour after checking in we already knew that this place deserved a good one. host Ivan welcomed us extremely friendly to this lovely place and immediately answered all our questions regarding tours for places we wanted to visit. This made everything super easy to arrange and allowed us to enjoy our time more. Very calmly he laid down all our options! We had originally booked 5 nights but in the end we extended our stay with 3 more nights. After having done a tour to Manu National Park we decided to come back for 2 more nights, it truly felt like we came back home. One evening Ivan had organized a small campfire in the courtyard for a group, he allowed us to join in and have a few drinks. Ivan goes above and beyond to provide his guests with the best possible experience, we were amazed by the passion he has for running this place. He does this together with his family, all of which are friendly and speak English. The rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is lovely. We enjoyed our walks from to the city centre, the distance is not far and takes you past several sights. There is also a cheap and good supermarket at close distance. Wifi works great, breakfast is good! Cusco is an amazing place to be and staying at Usgar San Pedro Boutique will only make it better. Thank you, Roy and Laura

This was absolutely the best hotel we could have stayed at. It is an old monastery I am pretty sure which made it very interesting and boutique. The gardeners there are amazing and filled the property with beauty. Breakfast was wonderful and a breakfast box was made up without us asking one day. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job in our room. Front desk staff knew English. Good coordination between front desk and tour companies who came to pick us up. Laundry service was prompt. There is also someone who will come to offer massage services from what I saw. Best of all, the location could not be beat!! It was PERFECT!

Really nice hostel, very chilled out. We booked a private room with an ensuite, it was clean, spacious and very reasonably priced. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The hostel is close to the town centre and is walking distance from many restaurants and cafes, it is also fairly close to attractions like Saqsaywaman. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Tuve la increíble oportunidad de hospedarme en el Hotel y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el Juan Manuel, su mujer y todo su personal fue sumamente amable y atento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y cuidados como en casa durante toda nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones del hotel estaban en perfecto estado, limpias y bien cuidadas. Nuestra habitación era cómoda y acogedora, brindándonos un espacio relajante para descansar después de los días de excursiones. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Todo está a poca distancia, lo que nos permitió explorar los alrededores cómodamente a pie. Desde tiendas y restaurantes hasta atracciones turísticas, teníamos todo a nuestro alcance. Definitivamente volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje. ¡Gracias al equipo del Hotel Amerindia por hacer nuestra estadía inolvidable!

We stayed 5 nights at the Tierra Viva Cusco Centro and was pleased with our accommodations. I am not going to lie when you pull up to the front of the hotel, it is a busy street and not much to look at. Once you go in, it has a beautiful courtyard and you no longer hear the sounds of the street or city. Our room was spacious for 2 people and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front staff were always helpful and accommodating with our requests and questions about Cusco and where to find certain things. They assisted us with several taxis, which made transportation easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
