Extremely dirty can see webs and ants crawling around. Sheets looked dirty and stains. If your a light sleeper do not sleep here. Windows are closed but no insulated so you can hear everything outside even the wind. There are huge signs of water damage everywhere so pictures of what it used to look like are totally different.

At first glance the hotel looks nice but our sheets had blood stains on them, the room and the bathroom could’ve been a lot cleaner and most of the receptionist do not or barely speak English… we wanted to extend one more night and the receptionist said it should be fine and we didn’t have to move rooms. The next morning the other receptionist said we have to move rooms and pay extra for the new room… this whole situation took away hours from our day as we had to change hotels and check in so we didn’t have enough time to visit the marble mountains because we finished too late.. very disappointed with the service and how unorganized the staff is. They completely ruined our last day in Danang and would absolutely not recommend to stay here not just because they are quite incompetent but even considering the low prices the hotel rooms are VERY dirty…

I had time to flow mood time with my M. We know this hotel on the *********** that was attracted by the convenience position. We weren’t a big appointment in the room. It’s really dirty in the bathroom and a lot of water that used at the time. We wondered that wasn’t clean before new guest coming up meanwhile none approved early check-in as requested. Each amenities in the room is too old, do not have face towel, slippers too dirty too. You will be shock to look amenities trace too dirty to use anymore. AC wasn’t working well, less cool although it was decreasing lower degree’s. Reception is difficulty to sell her smile what ask more the service in room. Each to say, I definitely not come back from the bad and awful room that I had never experienced in my journeys.

I booked a room through *********** for 1,039,500 vnd for 3 nights river view room, the room price displayed is the final price to be paid at the hotel at check-in. Before coming to the hotel, the hotel call me and aske me to pay a deposit in advance or my booking will be canceled. The way they talked to me is also very annoying, while it shows pay at hotel upon check in on ***********. When I checked in, it was not the type of room that I had booked in advance. The hotel asked me to pay 1,178,000 different from the price *********** reported with the reason of adding tax. If the hotel wants guest to deposit in advance, why not hold the guest's credit card but disturb the guest like that, too bad from setting up the payment method, until check-in, the room is old and the hygiene is also poor. I will never come back here. The important thing is the attitude of the guy who talked with me, they are very impolite and not cooporate with guest, bad service as well
