1) I, my family member and a baby under 2 lived in double single bed with garden view. Please note the room with garden view is not so close to the main building. Thus residents need to call reception for buggy car every single way or walk.🏃
2) The first day, I called reception and mentioned the refrigerator is not cold.
After 20 mins, no one came, so I went out for dinner. When I passed by the reception, I asked if they would help to fix the refrigerator. They said the technician already went.
I was surprised and complained why they went inside without consent when we were all out of the room.
Staff replied no worries -You could check the belongings and get back to them if any queries. Then, I had no further comment.
3) The second day I stayed, cellphone rang 3️⃣-4️⃣ times at 4:30AM. 🌘🤷
My family member and I took turn to pick up the phone but no one answered. 😢
I called the reception and asked if they could help. Ths staff replied please pull the line and the technician will check during work hours.
Morning, the staff called and voluntarily offered us late check out till 2 PM. We didn't request the preferential treatment ❗ Given we waked up during midnight, we accepted the offer 🙏
4) We went out to eat lunch and came back at 1PM. Guess what? We were blocked from the room since access card didn't work❌
At the moment, no buggy car were available given I could not get inside the room to call reception. As the weather was hot, like 34 degrees🔥, baby started crying.
I run 5 mins to the main building and complained to the staff at reception. The manager came and accompanied me back to the room. Later, she offered to send us to the airport. I said thank you but I prefer NOT to accept.
5) Water park is interesting, allowing customers to use kid playhouse and water slide. The view from rooftop swimming pool is beautiful.
Nevertheless, from my perspective, the resort is not friendly for baby/kid.
