This is a good place to stay and surrounding by many local food , comfortable with minimart and bank Bathtub is so comfy and the aircon is great too The staff at reception is very helpful as well :-)

Booked two bedrooms apar**ent but they exchanged with 2 studio rooms. Overall service is satisfied.

A good option for a few days stay, but it could be cheaper. There is no restaurant, although there is plenty of space for relaxation on the lower floor. Attentive staff, normal internet, pleasant and original design.

We really liked the room! It was nicely decorated. Only the airco wasn’t working well and we had ants on the sink and 1 night 2 cockroaches..

The room nice design but not clean. I had to ask them change the bedsheet, blanket and pillows once I entered because it made me itchy and too smelly. Air-con didn't work well, mean 18oC but not so cold. Normally i set only 24 to 26oC. The staffs asked us to leave axactly before 12 but still wanna say thank them for their helpfull in the middle of last night when my son got sick. We received thier medicine for flu, thankful for ur help.

房間很大，設計也很歐式風格，只是床單跟毛巾浴巾略有點泛黃，冰箱插電後一樣不會冷，隔天去退房時有跟櫃檯人員說明。

여기 호텔은 다낭에 올때마다 방문하고 있어요 직원분들이 정말 친철하세요 불편사항은 얘기하면 바로바로 해결해주고 인사도 잘해요

그냥그래요 직원이 너무 잘 모르는게 많고 예약하고 갔으나 방을 청소하고 있어서 난감했습니다 심지어 아침체크인인데.. 두시간지나니 바로 엄청 깨워대는데 아마 부킹누락인듯 합니다

친절하고 좋았어요 위치가 미케비치도 15분정도 걸어야하고 한시장은 차로 가야하는 좀.. 애매한데 바로 옆 분위기 좋은 카페도 있고 조용하게 묵을 숙소로 생각하시면 좋을듯

Worst experience. Pros: Reception Staff is kind Cons: * I booked 2 days for the hottub room, but there were no hot water. The water is just warm. I called reception for fixing it but they were not able to fix it. Useless hottub *the toilet and room not separated. There were bad smells coming into room during my stay. *In the pictures it looks like they have windows but actually not. Whe you open the window you re facing with a wall which smells very bad. The air inside room cannot be ventilated. *Cleanliness is weak. I saw hairs on the toilet. *Air Conditioner is old and not clean. When you go inside the room the smell and humidity faces directly. They try to cover the smell with some essences but after a few hours later you re facing with real smell on the room. *I left the hotel after my first day and they refused to pay refund for next day.

The pool area is bordering on hazardous with broken floor boards, broken glass, broken tiles in the pool that cut you... The bed and pillows were clean. The floor, the bathroom were not even after requests. The toxic black mould in the bathroom is just left there. The location is good for local eateries and cafes, but not great if you want easy access to the beach. Requests to fix broken things in the room are just ignored with staff powerless to help you due to management. Be careful if you have a room next to the noisy aircon motors that are all together on the northerly wall.
