Watching the sunrise at Naman was unforgettable!! The facilities at Naman Retreat were good. The breakfast spread was varied and diverse. Lunch at Hay Hay restaurant was excellent. Linh served us breakfast and lunch every day. She was attentive and remembered our room number 1504. Impressive considering that there were 500 guests at the hotel during busy morning breakfasts. BBQ dinner by the ocean was Oceantastic!! Fresh seafood, good variety too. In-room dining options for Supper were awesome too. The massages at the spa are certainly the ”Best in Vietnam”!! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was well equipped and clean. Naman has certainly been an awesome retreat for myself and my family. We stayed at the retreat all day, without leaving the resort. We will be back again, year after year!!

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

Everything was excellent, from the moment I booked until the end of my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always provided attentive assistance. The room was private, spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally new, featuring a balcony with views of the sea, the city, and the Marble Mountains. Additionally, I enjoyed complimentary minibar access and fresh fruit daily. The landscape surrounding the resort is truly magnificent, especially with the Koi fish pool extending from the lobby to the end of the hotel, providing picturesque photo opportunities from any angle. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is incredibly relaxing, and the drinks at the bar are both delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast restaurant offers a diverse and delectable array of options, ranging from local specialties to international dishes. I just wanted to enjoy everything within the hotel and didn't feel the need to venture outside. I will definitely come back here whenever I have the opportunity. Highly recommend for anyone who are looking for a resort in Da Nang.

Mình vừa kết thúc chuyến du lịch Đà Nẵng, mình đặt phòng Sup nhưng hôm check in còn phòng nên khách sạn đã nâng hạng phòng cho mình lên phòng deluxe view biển. Phòng khá xinh, nhân viên thân thiện đón tiếp và đặc biệt buffe sáng ở đây rất hợp khẩu vị. Mình đi Đà Nẵng rất nhiều lần, tuy khách sạn không ở mặt biển nhưng vị trì thuận lợi và nhân viên nhiệt tình. Đó là điều khiến mình rất ấn tượng. Nhất định nếu có dịp đến Đà Nẵng hoặc có bạn bè đi mình sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn.

Mình lưu trú 5 ngày 4 đêm ở đây cho kì nghỉ của mình, Khách sạn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp đầy đủ tiện nghi.Các bạn lễ tân: Linh,Vi, Quỳnh, Mẫn siêu nhiệt tình, chu đáo ,dễ thương & thân thiện. Bác bảo vệ cũng siêu dễ thương nhẹ nhàng. Một chuyến đi nghỉ tuyệt vời. Perfect😘. Lần sau chắc chắn sẽ quay lại

The triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg). The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay. The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee . The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically . Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast. I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below. The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.
