Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.

Room is quite old, but clean. Warmly welcome, enthusiasm. The hotel is suitable for resort guests and nature lovers, fresh green space, walking 1 round the lakeside road is an experience to try to relax your mind in the silence with only the sound of birds. This is the farthest resort point to the left of the lake from the sacom or prenn pass, so many people will be afraid, the evening road with the lights off will be a little scared; But the resort has a shuttle bus to the city center, everyone should take advantage.

We arrived around 19:30 the hotel looks really grand from the outside but I just can’t put my finger on it as this hotel is very weird and just soulless. Some bullet points, big hotel with no idea/ imagination of how to dress it, room’s dated with mould and flaking paint on the walls, I don’t think the pillows case’s had been changed as they smelt of being used, swimming pool is bizarre as it looks as though it’s set out for a wedding function with chairs/tables set around the pool, corridors are dimly lit with eiry music playing looks like it should be in a spooky Hitchcock film, bar still closed due to Covid (seriously), breakfast has lots of choice but is of poor quality and strange choice(best I ate was steamed sweet corn) noodle bar staff were more interested in playing on their phones, staff were polite enough but ? a lack of hospitality training, the hotel is in run down part of town we only realised this as we moved hotels after one night stay and found a lovely place over looking the lake for half the price( money was never the issue) I feel this hotel needs serious investment as it is sadly no where near a 4 * hotel and that’s not me being fussy as Iv traveled extensively in Vietnam and am still touring. Many facilities and connected to the golf course. Although ride in is long and windy. Nice place to chill and relax with family and just use the facilities. Not so convenient if heading to city center.

房間在山腰，位置離市中心約10km,，近泥塑公園。大叻一般早上放晴下午下雨，有種恬靜舒暢的感覺，是夏天的避暑聖地。房間較小，但很用心佈置，選材以自然少污染的質材為主，住得舒服。大廚房雖然共用，但很不錯。另外有seed house，供小孩做手工畫畫的地方。裏面一草一木，一屋一燈都經過多重思考才放置的，哪怕是吃早餐的地方，房間的方向，都很有藝術融合自然的感覺。 值得一提的是，裏面的咖啡是我在越南6天裏喝過最好的

The hotel is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of service glitches at dinner on our first night and the issues were handled professionally. The F&B manager sought us out and addressed them. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter, which was greatly appreciated. The top floor bar is unique in that it doubles as a strawberry nursery. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!
