Good points: 1. Location: Close to the city centre but at the same quiet at night. 10 mins walk to the night market. Close to many restaurants and shops. 2. Friendly staff 3. Very clean. 4. Think blanket is provided as Da Lat is pretty cold at night. 5. Every bed gets its own light, two power points and a long shelf. 6. Get a nice view from the balcony. 7. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. 8. Nice design. Bad Points: 1. No separation of shower and toilet. The toilet all turns wet after shower. 2. The rubbish bin in the WC should be cleaned everyday as the toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl. 3. Security : The use of ”key” for the elevator is quite stupid for the dorm room. First of all, all of the dorm rooms are not locked and can be easily accessed by the outsiders by using the stairs. So, actually the dorm rooms are not secured at all. But, at the same time, the hostel add a ”security system” for the elevator where the key card for the elevator can only access to the ground floor and the floor you lived in. This means you need a ”key card” whenever you need to go to your dorm room/go down (but at the same time the dorm rooms are actually not secured) which makes it inconvenience to me . So, I suggest either remove the key card system for the elevator, or add the key card security system directly on the room of the dorm room. 4. The room is very dark at night. 5. It will be great if the they get egg option for their breakfast.

Tôi thường xuyên phải lui tới Đà lạt công tác. Các chuyến công tác ngắn ngày hay dài ngày thường do nhân viên hành chính công ty đặt, & thường đặt tại các KS tại trung tâm thành phố, gần chợ Đà Lạt. Thời gian đầu tôi vẫn ở theo thói quen nhưng sau đó tôi cảm thấy hơi...lãng phí, khi mình đến ĐL mà lại ở 1 nơi không khác mấy so với HN hay SG - các city hotel, không mang nét riêng của ĐL. Vậy là t quyết định tìm 1 KS có nét riêng ĐL nhưng vẫn đảm bảo k quá xa trung tâm (1 số KS/homestay đẹp, thiên nhiên nhưng lại gần khu hồ Tuyền Lâm, rất xa trung tâm - khoảng 10km, hợp với nghỉ dưỡng, k hợp với đi công tác) & trong budget công ty tầm 800K trở xuống. Hoàng Lộc thực sự là 1 sự lựa chọn đúng đắn, làm các chuyến công tác của tôi không còn chán ngán, tẻ nhạt nữa mà có thêm chút thi vị. Không gian sân vườn cỏ cây đậm chất ĐL rất dễ thương, xinh xắn. Anh chị chủ nhà hẳn phải rất quan tâm săn sóc từng cây cỏ vật dụng. Các nhân viên rất nhiệt tình dễ thương & đặc biệt là bạn nào cũng tên Linh, rất dễ thương ^^ Nếu có nhu cầu ăn sáng, bạn có thể order riêng. Menu không quá phong phú nhưng là lựa chọn ổn nếu bạn muốn trải nghiệm cảm giác ăn sáng trước sân vườn xanh mát buổi sáng, cảm nhận 1 điều gì đó...Rất Đà Lạt...

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. 호텔 직원분이 룸까지 캐리어를 이동해 주시고 룸 시설 이용설명도 해주십니다. 3층 배정받았는데 룸과 화장실에 큰 창과 문이 있어 탁 트이는 전망도 볼 수 있고 개방감은 최고입니다. 큰 창문 좋아하시는 분에게 강추! 돌풍 바람 소리와 새벽에 닭 우는 소리는 들립니다. (소리에 민감하신 분은 참고해 주세요) 신축이라 당연 깨끗하고 특히 조식먹는 레스토랑 뷰가 최고예요 !!! 삼면이 탁 트임! 쌀국수도 넘 맛있었요 . 닭고기가 특히 ! 망고, 용과 등 과일도 신선해요. 조식먹으면서 힐링하고 싶은 분 가시면 넘 좋으실 거에요 ^^

The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, bữa sáng phong phú, mỗi ngày đều có người chủ động dọn dẹp phòng sạch sẽ. Vị trí đi lại thuận tiện, rất gần nhiều quán cà phê đẹp

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

酒店離futa bus站很近，出行方便。很喜歡酒店的建築風格，獨具一格。大叻氣温很合適，即使房間裏衹有電風扇也不會感覺很熱。最後，如果有早餐提供就更好了

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!!
