非常好非常喜歡的客棧！服務真的很周到！
小姐姐和老闆很熱情還會以我們的計劃給出合理的建議，讓出行更加完美。
我們應該是在旺季之前一點訂的客棧，六百不到的價格 兩張床 窗外的是洱海 包早餐（應該都是真正的土雞蛋和農家玉米 反正就是好吃！）比起其他的室內，這裏基本沒有蚊蟲 ，並且提供滅蚊燈滅蚊片雙重保障，性價比超級超級高而且住起來極度舒適！客棧裝修風格很不錯，細節也很到位，有點像參觀藝術館哈哈！
還有一大亮點就是在房間里拉開窗簾就是洱海，並且天氣好的時候可以足不出户看日出，也是拉開窗簾就行！不過需要雲少一點。
然後客棧出來就是海西的生態廊道，邊上有租自行車、山地車、電瓶車的地方。自行車很便宜十塊一位不限時，當天晚上還掉就可以。還可以問當地人借民族服裝拍照，也是十塊錢，背對着洱海拍照真的很美！也可以晚上在廊道邊上散步，聽着海水拍打的聲音，吹着海風真的很治癒！
客棧在整個洱海那一圈的左邊偏上一點（地圖即視感）。騎自行車可以到附近的海舌公園或者喜洲古鎮，並且沿途全是隨便拍都能裱起來掛那的美麗風景，有的時候意猶未盡結果已經騎到目的地了。
總之這真的是家很好的客棧，個人認為自己訂的房間再漲300也值得，推薦來大理的朋友們訂這家客棧！！

A had an excellent stay here in what is the best place I have stayed in China. Although there are no English speakers everything worked perfectly using translation apps. All of my questions were answered promptly and I had help with everything I wanted such as directions, places to eat, cycle routes etc. My room was excellent and so comfortable and decorated to a high a standard. It was really lovely. Breakfast was very nice and changed each day. And it was served in the beautiful Chinese courtyard. All of the staff are so happy polite and friendly. The location is perfect quiet and a short walk into the ancient town. It has a real local feel and plenty of places to eat a few minutes away. I used the hotel bikes for a couple of days and highly recommend this as a way to see around the area and the lake. I booked for 2 nights but I stayed for 3 as I felt so relaxed and at home. It is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it for all nationalities.

Отель Jinxiayuon Inn нам очень понравился. Он построен с китайском стиле. Видно, что над его оформлением работал хороший дизайнер. Двери номеров первого этажа выходят в красивый дворик-садик, второго этажа - на открытую галерею, с которой открывался красивый вид на горы. Нам было приятно сидеть по вечерам за столиком на галерее, пить чай и любоваться окрестными пейзажами.
В номерах есть всё необходимое для жизни (нам не хватало только вешалок для одежды). Персонал отеля хорошо работал и помогал нам во всём (донесли тяжёлые чемоданы от такси до отеля по приезде; заказали кислород при появлении ”горной болезни” у моей дены; помогли заказать такси при отъезде (стоимость такси до ж.д. вокзала Дали около 100 юаней, ехать 30-40 минут по свободной дороге, то есть рано утром и 1:30 - 1:45 при загруженной, то есть днём).
Завтраки в отеле очень простые: суп или лапша, куриное варёное яйцо, два ломтик местной лепёшки ”Баба”, часть перчатка кукурузы. Хотел бы пожелать руководству отеля поработать над улечшением завтраков.

I ended up going from 4-to-6 nights here. Great location right on the lake and very quiet as well. I especially liked being here at night. Good coffee as well. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in getting me to my next destination as well as letting me stay longer as I was dealing with some work-related issues of getting paid late and running out of money (not the first time). The stairwell is a great place to hang out as well if you are running low on funds.

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.

PPengguna Tetamu在雲南旅行十天最愛的民宿！真的太好了！房間寬敞乾淨，乾濕分離。院子裏花花漂亮，海景無敵！續了一晚，在這裏足不出户看到了日出，彩虹，夜晚的洱海圓月，真的是不虛此行！早餐好吃，看着這樣的風景更好吃！
老闆和管家小哥都很親切，我們離開去麗江還幫忙聯繫了包車！小貓也特別可愛，很上鏡呢！

MMatthew KeeThis should be the best hotel in Dali. But it's because of the very personal service that the concierge gave. Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

PPengguna Tetamu服務很好！！！五星級酒店的服務！！！我們是避開暑假和國慶出行所以沒有提前訂房，網上看的眼花繚亂的太費事就到了大理古城上門選的房。第二天環洱海去了想續住發現沒房了。當時有點着急情緒也不太好，沖前台發了脾氣挺不對的「當時覺得前台沒有提前通知我們要早點説續住，後來發現入住的那天前台確實發了微信提醒，衹是我沒有看到」，我也沒有想到淡季還能滿房…然後前台給我們發了另一個店的連結，我看環境也挺不錯的，價格也合適，就定了海邊的店。工作人員把我們把行李收拾了，還把我們把行李送到了海邊的店裡麪。晚上回去的時候發現裝修比古城這個店還要好，店裡麪的人也都很熱情，我們提了費用店家説這是應該的。搞得我們真的很不好意思。真的想給你們打一百分好評。祝店家生意興隆。

We stayed one night in August (Summer).
Pillow, blanket and bed were comfortable.
Toilet was humble.
Very kind and hard working hotel owner (well dressed and handsome too). He was very communicative, we added him on WeChat and he gave us detailed instructions and picked us up at the fork road, carried our luggages and walked us to the accommodation.
The accommodation is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main road where cars are allowed to drop off. We had huge and heavy luggage. We are extremely grateful that the owner lugged our luggage to the accommodation under the hot sun for us. He upgraded our room, and helped us to book a reliable driver to lijiang. He gave us tips on where to have breakfast and rent buggy. He also helped to liaise with the driver and carried our luggage to the car!!! It's 34 degrees Celsius here at the moment. Recommendation:
1. Stay on the second floor onwards (less noisy and able to see the lake better)
2. Explore the track before the sun rises above the mountain (ard 6am). Walk 700m left of accommodation to book your vehicle. This will ensure you have enough vehicles to choose from, less crowded, avoid extreme UV, cooling weather, and get to Xin di cafe at a good time for breakfast!
3. Night time order meituan to accommodation so you can enjoy the view and eat at the comfort of your place. Couldn't find good and reliable restaurants around the area.
4. Manage expectations, there are bugs near the lake. Close the window at night.

DDuWhatuloveMy goal was to wake up every day and open my window and step outside and enjoy the view. I think I accomplished this staying here.
Area : It’s located in a village near the city center 20 minutes and about the same to the ancient town. It’s per dominantly a Muslim town , so you will find lots of BBQ and Halal eats. Also shops for simple basics are available. The town comes alive after 5:00 pm.
Food : You can order Weimai like McDonald’s and KFC for example, nothing western around. We got breakfast daily, as you can see it’s a set menu. But we enjoyed it , the options were plenty. Also, every afternoon they brought an afternoon snack , super nice and a great touch.
Room / Hygiene: The room we picked had the balcony, it was spacious the bed was comfortable. The stand alone bath was clean, and the bathrooms as well. Toiletries and slippers provided. The hotel can use some changing or cleaning of rugs and dust a bit on the corners. Over all it was good.
Transport : You need to get a taxi to go places , or take the bus. Not sure if it’s because it’s summer but getting a taxi was not very pleasant. I took the bus #2 in front of the village to go to the mall. Easy 2 RMB you can use your apple map.
Customer Service : The customer service was nice , the ladies were helpful in finding a place for COVID test. Our last day they arranged a driver , it was hard to get transportation.
Over all , it was a nice stay I only picked this hotel due to the view. If you want more action stay near the ancient town.

One particular instance that stood out was when they effortlessly organized a wheelchair for a member of our group, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Additionally, they took charge of arranging all our ride-sharing services, ensuring we navigated the city with ease.
What truly impressed me was their unwavering support when we encountered an unfortunate scam. The host not only provided assistance but also guided us through the process of filing a complaint, alleviating much of our stress and frustration.
The rooms were immaculately clean and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Furthermore, the host’s insightful recommendations for places to visit enriched our trip, turning each outing into a memorable adventure.

RrobynwhaleyThis hotel is more like a flat, it's in a block of flats meaning cars can't pick you up from the door, you have to walk outside of the community. The view is gorgeous and the hotel will pick you up from the railway station and guide you to your room. It's on the opposite side of the lake to the attractions, which we didn't mind as it was nice and quiet and gives you a different view of the lake. The room is decorated with a lot of tacky toys, literally Teddy bears on the bed like a child's room, if they were gone it would be nicer.
