The Castle Hotel is like The Ritz Carlton. The Castle focuses on guest satisfaction. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted in a warm manner. They all welcomed me in English which was welcoming! The Cobase Spa was amazing! I had a body scrub that was amazing. It was my birthday and the hotel sent a cake to my room. It was an amazing stay!

The Architecture is like European Style, amazing interior and exterior design, Luxury stay, one of the best hotel breakfasts in China for foreigners with huge variety. The list of things to enjoy are endless 👏but a bite too expensive, and for a hotel of this price there should be definitely a free mini bar and some free stuff in the room. Great sea and city view from the room.

One of a fame in the region with its Bavarian-styled design and astonishing sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, very punctual when approached by hotel guests. Hotel facilities are well equiped with indoor swimming pool, gym room, sky garden, and indoor playground for different age of kids.

Such a great experience visiting here. Stunning view right at the window. The service was great. My girlfriend love here. I will be come back again for sure.

Amazing! A little bit of luxury in the busy, bustling hub of Dalian. Stunning location, excellent views and perfect room. Will definitely stay again. Also very convenient for the zoo, walking distance.

We found this hotel to be extremely enjoyable!! Many of the staff could speak English and there was no stress to communicate what we needed. The interior and exterior are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in China so far! The only improvement would be the smell of the bedding in the room. It smelled just a bit dusty.

Do not use the laundry service here which is unreasonably expensive! For one off laundry service, they charged me more than RMB 500! If this much expensive, they should have informed me but they didn’t let me know how much it will cost before I use the service. So I made a complaint against them and they did not apologize at all!
