We were very happy with everything. Our room was clean, front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

We recently stayed at this hotel. I noticed there were no reviews for the hotel, and it looked kind of new, so I thought that might be why they had no reviews. The hotel itself is quite nice, practically new. It is a combination MainStay and Sleep Inn. It was over 100 degrees the day we checked in for our 2 night stay - just me and my husband (both in our 70s) in a king room, tired from a long, hot day of driving and fighting Friday afternoon Dallas traffic. From the very beginning, the management gave us problems with check in. We are Gold members with Choice Privileges and were using our points to pay for the hotel. They never acknowledged this, but one young man behind the counter finally came around with a bottle of water for me and my husband. The other 3 or 4 people behind the desk (one being the manager) didn't seem to know what they were doing, and it took at least a half hour to check in. We have had our Choice Privileges card for over 20 years and have used it many times. This hotel was being picky. They insisted my husband come in and show them his ID and sign everything (even though I have done this in countless hotels), because his name is on the card. They charged a $50 deposit which they said would be refunded in 5-7 business days (which is ridiculous). It wasn't. Almost a month later I called. They first said it had been refunded, but when I said I had just checked my account and it hadn't been refunded yet, she agreed that i had not been refunded, and said she refunded it then, but it would take another 5-7 business days for the refund to come through. As for the room, it was quite nice at first glance (and should be for a newer hotel), except for a few issues. 1) The barn style bathroom door could not be closed all the way (no privacy). 2) The walk-in shower door would not stay closed (kept sliding open, spraying water on the bathroom floor.) 3) The refrigerator doors were put on the wrong side even though they were made to go either way (they opened into the wall instead of the into the room). 4) The bed was so close to the air conditioning unit that a larger person would have to crawl into the bed from the end. The room is designed so that the bed can't be moved, so there is no way to correct this problem. 5) Even for a newer hotel, there were bleach looking spots on the carpeting. 6) Again, for a newer hotel, the lamp shade was already split and torn. Generally after a stay I receive an e-mail asking me how my stay was, and to write a review. I received no such thing from this hotel (maybe that is why they have no reviews.) My biggest complaint is with the management. The last thing a guest needs after a long day on the road is for the management to act like they don't know how to check a person in, and give them grief over things that should be a non-issue. This management team has a lot of learn if they want to stay in business.

Service at the hotel was good, bed comfortable, room seemed to be clean, but had a couple of issues with the room. Shower did not have a lot of pressure due to a leak behind the shower head. Heater never seemed to warm at all. Neither one of these issues was a big deal to me so I reported them when I checked out, lady promised they would be fixed. Breakfast was a little skimpy, still had the basics such as cereal, waffle, egg and sausage coffee milk and juice. Would have loved to have some bananas. Only really negative thing I would say is the location, (wife not very pleased with all the activities going on at night if you get my point) which I think is kind of unfair for the hotel but that's why you would pay twice or three times as much for a better location. Overall I think it was a good stay for the price.

The hotel is a newer property and clean. Very good breakfast and the location is good and quiet. Paid $150. However, the night clerk was very rude and insulting. And our entire family got severely bitten by bed bugs! The handicap rooms have a connecting door to the next room and therefore you can hear everything. They were playing very loud music and so I phoned and the clerk’s first response is a rude “Every hotel has noise” ***? She says she will call them. After half an hour I had to go down and ask her either to move us or do something. She says she can’t move us because the hotel is sold out and even though it’s still early and not everyone has checked in. Then she says she’s off by 11pm and so after that it’s not her responsibility and it will be the next shifts job. Again ***? I tell her I will clean our room and make the sheets on the bed so that we can move to another room. To top it all off my whole family got bitten by bed bugs. My wife ended up with huge dark itchy welts all over her legs and face. So did my daughter. I came away with less bites than they did but was absolutely horrible. The worst experience ever! I have never been so insulted in my life.

Lokasi sangat baik untuk tujuan kami, kira-kira tiga minit dari doktor yang dijumpai suami saya. Bilik kami kekurangan beberapa lampu, satu di dalam tab mandi dan satu di antara tempat tidur, tetapi pegawai meja depan mengatakan bahawa mereka akan memperbarui semua bilik dengan peralatan baru, perabot, dan lain-lain, jadi buat masa ini mereka hanya memastikan sekurang-kurangnya satu lampu menyala di setiap tempat. Tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, tvnya besar. Sarapan pagi, di daerah yang luas, memiliki yogurt, bijirin, telur orak, kentang sarapan, sosis, pisang dan epal, muffin, pancake, dan gulungan kayu manis, bersama jus, susu, dan kopi. Wanita yang menjaga sarapan menyimpan semua pilihan diisi semula. Terdapat kolam renang dalaman, tetapi kami tidak pergi ke sana, jadi saya tidak dapat mengulasnya. Kami pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi jika perlu berada di lokasi itu.

Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fair hotel.. Good price.. There’s a Mc Donalds very close.. The room is big.. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Good breakfast.. I’d stay again..!

Muy bueno ,es tranquilo ,limpio,buen estacionamiento,una tienda mexicana a lado y CERCA de la autopista para continuar El viaje super rapido ay farmarcias y alguanas tiendas de convenecia CERCA Al igual una Buena gasolinera en general ESTA CERCA de muchas tiendas que podrias necesitar en UN viaje es execelente ,lo recomiendo
