Location is good, offer free shuttle to cruise port and airport, improvement make to do thorough cleaning

Every thing was good, what I don't understand is why guess need to make a deposit with credit card...they should have the option to use credit card or cash.

Room smelled but nice and close to the cruise port offered free shuttle from hotel and to cruise port good enough for one night did the job no frills

A budget hotel with complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. There is a nice swimming pool there. We had a warm welcome and we really appreciated that. You cannot expect too much since it's a budget Inn but if you want a better place to stay there are options but they are more expensive. We stayed there one night only. We had a flight the next day.

It was clean and exceptionally nice for the price, also great location to the airport.

There is having shuttle bus between hotel and airport, cruise port. But no dining room, Inconvenient for breakfasts

Good hotel close to FLL airport if you have a long layover. Not fancy by any means but it is affordable and has a free airport shuttle as well. Room was clean

I called to confirm for a shuttle after 5 am and check in around 6 am. My parents show up and the guy tells them they can not check in. I got on the phone and he said check in is latest 2 am! Don’t stay there horrible service. And to top it off I asked him where are my parents gonna be, on the street? He said I don’t know where they will be.

因要上游船玩，而這酒店有免費機場及游船碼頭接送，我2人定了2晚房，中午到機埸，得到Air Canada空姐幫忙打電話往酒店，也幸好空姐幫忙，也用了5分鐘又以加航名義要酒店一定來接，酒店才派車來，原來一間房，人少是不太願意來接的，入住後發覺員工們不太喜歡幫忙的，想打聽些資料，也會冷淡說不知道，相反不斷叫15元一人，約車從碼頭到機場，我後來坐的士連小費才25美元到機場。
