We had booked a room to stay overnight after a very long journey. When we reached, the *** at the reception kept on talking over the phone with owner/ manager for 20 minutes about rooms allotted to this party and that customer. He told us to wait with out revealing his intentions. We waited after 20 minutes we interrupted the conversation to ask us to give us the room. He very annoyingly asked us to speak to the speaker on the other side of the phone . The speaker refused to give us a room saying he is not bound to give it to us. First of all, they have enlisted in *********** and then upon booking they are ready to harass customers. Secondly, they wasted our time by about an hour by not letting us know that they will not allow us a room. Thirdly, it is absolutely an unprofessional and un ethical practice being in the hotel industry. We moved out with minimum argument but we thank our stars for not staying there. God knows what would have waited for us during our stay, regarding further service. Just at the time of entering also, we witnessed some heated conversation with one of the customers staying there.

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

Everything was good except the locations. Staffs need to be trained a lil bit and the swimming pool was not accessible although it was mentioned that we could use swimming pool. Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

5/5 Stars We had an unforgettable stay at Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa! The architecture and ambience were stunning, with breathtaking views of snow-capped Mt. Kanchenjunga. The staff, particularly Yankila Tamang, provided exceptional service with warm hospitality. Housekeeping was impeccable. However, some areas for improvement: WiFi connectivity was patchy, Tata Sky setup box wasn't working, and room amenities like slippers and hair dryer were missing. Adding recreational activities like books, newspapers, table tennis, pool table, and carom board would enhance the experience. Overall, Udaan's natural beauty and excellent service made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!!! They provide top notch services. Staffs are really very kind & so well mannered. Starting from Decor then rooms were immaculate, food, cleaning and staffs (Reception, Housekeeping, dinning) everything was impeccable. Their foods are appetizing & delicious, tastes like home food. Never felt like I was in stranger place, Behaviour and manners of staffs touched my heart. Moushami, Amol, Chandan & rest all (sry I don't remember everyone's name) were soo courteous and poilte. Driver Bijay was also so nice. Thank you for being so nice, also you all have long way to go...all the very best!! Keep your good work going... Wishing to visit again.

PPengguna Tetamulocation: On Gandhi Road. Okay for senior citizens as the way to Mall, more or less, on plain surface, not up and down to walk. But a little bit distance, about 10-15 minutes walk for aged people. Property: Old, decorated with old but aesthetic appeal with average maintenance. Staff behaviour: Okay Our experience: We stayed for 2 days. We booked for 3 senior citizens. Tarrif charged for 3 persons, that is 1.5 times of normal double bed room tarrif. But when We checked in, they allotted a small double bed room. The room was on 2nd floor and very not enough for 3 persons and blocked all the for sides with no outside view. On protest they somehow managed to arrange a mattress on the floor leaving no space for movement in the room. We have booked hotels for many times, but never gone through such experience. We didn't receive the value for money at all. should look into this and ensure proper service and provide value for money. After all we are not happy with the room allotted to us as per value charged. Caution: Before booking for this hotel please note that once booked, no refund is allowed on cancellation on future date. Our experience for 2 days stay

Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is located before the main market area of Darjeeling and is more of a hotel rather than homestay. Attached bathroom with geyser and electric kettle and room service. The wifi worked very well, I was able to get some office work done. The main market is accessible by shared taxis for Rs 15, which was fine for us because the main town is very crowded and here we could take walks and wake up to the view of the hills and Mt kanchenjunga. The staff went extra mile to help us and prepared customized food for my aged mother. I would always stay here whenever I come back to Darjeeling

PPengguna TetamuNice rooms but this accommodation is really at a height, that too steep climb, get your nerves out and exhaustive if moving via legs though it's near to market and every other needed locations so can be very good one for fitness freaks Staff stands to be very friendly but on the other hand services takes a lot of time as the resources like room heater/blower are not available at Hotel, probably they arrange from some other property with extra charges. Same stands for food at your room, breakfast may take up an hour to reach your room If anyone planning to visit Tiger Hill or nearby area please inform the staff on previous evening at least they can arrange you Bread Butter/Jam As Staff is friendly here, they might help you over anything you need, so try reaching them, it will help you to not get exhausted or even save some bucks.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.
