Had a nice stay all thanks to the ladies that work there will do anything for you and make sure you've got what you need, Kelly is me favourite tho haha. Been here for 12 days and got another 5 to go, overall has been a nice stay nice hot shower but a little tele so bring ye binoculars.

Excellent place, we were given a warm welcome by Michelle the hotel receptionist upon arrival. She went out if her way to ensure we had everything we needed including details of local amenities. Which having arrived hungry on the evening of January 2nd was most welcome and helpful. Parking much easier than I thought from the website, which again was good. Plenty of local amenities including a Morrisons supermarket with filing station, Toby Carvery next door a Beefeater just up the road. Bathroom a little compact if staying with a family for a week but fine for us and our one night stop.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Darlington and was incredibly impressed by the service from the receptionist, Michelle. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She also went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed in the hotel.

Brilliant service! The lady on reception ( Maureen) was Absoloutley fabulous! We had some issues with our booking and the dates we had booked for originally! She was so helpful and welcoming and really saved the day for us! Brilliant member of staff!

Great welcome from Michelle! Karen from Housekeeping kept our room topped up with tea and coffee, and fresh towels for our quiet room on the third floor. It is close to some shops Currys, TKMaxx and The Range, with Toby's carvery. Morton pArk is close with Morrisons.

We only stayed one night on a trip from Wales to Scotland but we were particularly impressed with the welcome and helpful advise from the receptionist Michelle. It made the pressure of the long journey go away. Advise on where to eat and the possibilities of a stay on our way back were much appreciated.

I’ve stayed here a few times when going to the football in Middlesbrough. There’s loads of free parking, the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s very quiet and spotlessly clean. I really can’t fault this place and there’s a great fish and chip shop just a couple of minutes away.
