Hotel Stadt Heidelberg - 24 Stunden Check IN

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte. Saubere Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung und optimaler Lage, um die Bergstraße zu erkunden, aber noch nah am Frankfurter Flughafen. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns sehr überrascht: viel Auswahl, optisch schön präsentiert und gute Kaffee- und Saftvariationen. Angenehmer Service. Einzig die Hitze spielt einen Streich. Es gibt aber einen Ventilator, den man an die geöffneten Fenster über Nacht stellen kann. Gerne wieder, Liebe Grüße!

Terrible experience. I I'm sorry to say this was the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. Pillows smelled like cigarette, room was cold and they could not make it warmer (i understand they want to save energy, but we were freezing and the lady i was working with had to lend me a radiator so we could stay more comfortable), they were very unkind and wouldn't speak English with me in the reception, nobody helped me to bring my luggage downstairs. I felt they had prejudice agaist non europeen people. I'll come, but never again to this hotel. If you are deciding where to stay and you look for good energy and kindness, please choose any other place. I feel sad to say this hotel is horrible. I am editing this review now to clarify the lies they are telling in the answer. Those lies only confirm to me how bad they are. I would never ask a pregnant lady to carry weight. I am a mother myself, i was with my baby in the hotel, and know how important it is to respect mothers. I attach to my review the screenshot of my email in the early morning asking for help to carry the luggage at 10 am, and the answer of the hotel saying yes (freathening me to delete my negative review to offer me this help). Other lie is that it was 18 degrees outdoors when i asked for more heating in the room. I attach also the image of the weather record, showing it was 13 maximun the day i checked-in. Anyway, my child plays in the floor and i wanted a warm floor. The only lady who spoke english was yelling at me in German when i went to pick up the luggage, just because i did a bad review and i said the service was bad. It was a traumatic experience and i trully wish all mothers are respected and that we live in a world with more loving people. I felt badly discriminated there and honestly don't recommend this place. I wish you find the healing and compassion you need. Om lokah samastha sukhino bhavantu

Posizionato strategicamente a pochi chilometri dall'autostrada,questo albergo di presenta pulito e accogliente. Pur essendo sulla strada, le camere sono ben insonorizzate. Peccato che nella cittadina non ci sia nulla, neppure un ristorante.

Ich hatte für eine Feier ein DZ gebucht. Der Empfang in Hotel war nett, die Zimmer sehr sauber und bei mir mit Coffee Maker, Fernseher und modernem kleinem Bad. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel unentgeltlich vorhanden. Ich habe nicht gefrühstückt jedoch waren meine Freunde mit dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden. Zum Abschied gab es von der Dame des Hauses noch einen Kaffe Go Go 👍 Würde hier immer wieder übernachten.
