I love HGIs. Good price, great room and staff. Perfect location for my needs.

This hotel is very fancy. It's clean and modern. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, and the bedding was very comfortable, but there was only one lonely coffee cup - nothing in the bathroom for a glass of water for example. The room had a very small mini fridge, safe, and coffeemaker, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the ice/vending area. The lobby, which is open to the first 6 floors, was playing a subtle beat music nonstop, and this could be heard just inside the room as well. It felt like I couldn't get away from the hustle and bustle and just retreat into a quiet place, because opposite the noise from the hallway was constant highway noise coming from I-90! The hotel fitness room was top notch, and the pool was very clean and extra large - both excellent! I would stay here again because I was attending a convention that will likely be here next year as well, and it would be inconvenient to stay elsewhere and then have to drive to the convention each day, but otherwise would not choose this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. It would be better if the breakfast could provide more variety. The air conditioner in the room is a little bit noisy, but most hotels are same.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was the perfect size for 4 people. The pool was closed which was not listed on the website. This was about 75% of the reason we booked here. We were wanting to be close to Top Golf and the mall, so there were several other options I could have chosen.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was the curtain did not close completely. I had the accessible room and it was just a short walk to the breakfast room.

We have stayed here twice now as it is the closest hotel to our family that gives us the option to have a separate living room and bedroom. It is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Things like the bathroom vanity and kitchenette counter are updated. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Pool seemed warm enough to try even in the winter but we didn’t have time. Check in is easy on the app and we use the digital keys making quick check in/out. We were easily able to get extra cups and towels at the front desk. Considering there isn’t daily maid service there could be more tea and trash bags provided in the room, but we brought our own so I didn’t bother asking for more. Plenty of stores and food in the area. This will continue to be our home base when we are visiting family in the area.
