I have booked 3 rooms in green residency, hauz rani, malaviya nagar, new delhi whereas they accommodate my team consisting of 7 persons in the adjutant house. No water for the most of the time and hot water geyser are also not functioning. Worst experience, not worth.

Please don’t go through the reviews for this hotel, i made a mistake by going through the reviews and the picture they have mentioned Totally a unhygienic and dirty place non of the bedsheets and blankets were clean no hospitality at all not even a single plug point was working for the phone charger ac was noisy too, i ordered for a dinner they bought it from outside dhaba very unprofessional sorry for this review but had to mention it !

The hotel was not concerned about any customer requirements, i stayed there for 2 days and both the days i requested for a towel and on the first day they said we didn't receive the cleaned towels from laundry today and the next day i asked for a towel again but i didn't get it. Since i had to checkout, i left without taking a bath and when i complained on the reception about the towel they said "ladka bhool gaya hoga"

Good for a quick stay. Rooms are not ventilated. Nice people. Nope. Good for a quick stay. Very close to the max hospital. 2 to 3 mins walk. Rooms are not ventilated. Feels stuffy. Tv wasn't working. They had good wifi for each floor. Important because connection issue inside of the hotel. Nice courteous teams

Inspite of advance payment made and email written informed late check in. Staff was sleeping at 11, 38 pm. Room was below average.
