Extremely worse, not reliable hotel . Extremely bad smelling rooms, washroom, rude and unfair people. Do not waste your time money and energy visiting this hotel. It’s near by airport about 4 km but the worse location and dirty road. They just think grab the money one time.

Wish I could give this dump ZERO stars. Pictures and descriptions are false, this place is filthy and gross and does not offer anything they say they do. I booked this because I had a 12 hour layover in Delhi but I left a few hours after checking in because it was so disgusting. I'd rather sleep on the airport floor than stay there. Also, they say you can pay for the room by credit card but they take you on a 5 minute walk to another hotel where you pay. Really sketchy, avoid at any cost! ALSO, be warned: for some inexplicable reason, this dump had "excellent" reviews on booking site, I find it very fishy and I've reported it to them. Beware: this place is a scam and a dump

If you are in the mood for a hotel experience that defies logic, promises "a few steps," and a routine of misadventures, this hotel might just be your next destination. Their advert declared it was "a few steps away Delhi International Airport". I can confidently say that whoever wrote that ad must have been training for a marathon because the so-called "few steps" turned out to be a ten-minute car ride! The Room: The room was a masterpiece of, well, misery. Dusty corners, questionable stains, and a bed that felt like it had seen more drama than a soap opera. If this was a movie, it would've been titled, "The Chronicles of the Unvacuumed Carpet." Cold Reality: Eager to wash off the travel grime, I rushed to the bathroom only to discover that hot water was as mythical as a unicorn. The One Silver Lining: Amidst this carnival of chaos, there was one shining star – the receptionist. His friendly demeanour and perpetually raised eyebrows suggested he had heard it all before. I half-expected him to hand me a "Survivor's Certificate" when checking-out. A Lesson in Pricing: As if the hotel itself weren't enough of an adventure, the taxi ride to the airport was a financial rollercoaster. The INR 400 taxi fare was 3 times more than an Uber or Ola cab.

This is dirty hostel, the pictures were not taken here. The receptionist was not friendly. We could only pay in cash and they demanded the money at check-in. I don't recommend it to anyone. The area around the hostel is not suitable either…..

How do I even begin to describe one of the worst experiences of my life? I’ll start by making it clear that this rude, unprofessional, argumentative, and manipulative establishment is not even worthy of one star. After hours of searching for a suitable place for my grandmother who recently had a fall making it painful to walk, we came across this place. When we got there, there was absolutely no space in the building designated for an elevator. They have now covered their tracks on the site but had falsely advertised amenities, showing absolutely zero remorse or any sense of responsibility for the blatant lies. Didn’t stop there, when they had also listed air-conditioning, but to no one’s surprise not having one. If you thought the lies stopped there, you’re mistaken; soundproofed rooms were also advertised, but absolutely none whatsoever making it tough to get adequate rest. Dirty room with random stains on the walls and with the overall disgusting quality of the room. Basic needs such as towels and soap were not provided until we had asked at least a dozen times. The advertisement for free continental breakfast is inadequately expressed; it’s located offsite, across the busy two-way main street, through a shady alleyway, and inside another hotel (Hotel Sky View)! Our window was broken, and how they thought to approach this was to simply close it off with some lousy tape; ridiculous! And if all this was not enough, the phone was the last dysfunctional straw. It would not reach the reception no matter how long we tried to use it, but worse than that, it would randomly ring throughout our stay and when we picked it up, we’d get hung up on. Especially annoying when it happens at 3 AM! Ultimately, we left this disgrace of a hotel early and enjoyed our stay elsewhere. Do not come here at any cost unless you wish to visit the worst hotel in New Delhi!

Was here for an hour when I realised this was a total 'scam' hotel. Somehow they can log onto *********** in their client's name, and give themselves rave reviews. Dirt everywhere, nothing has been cleaned in years, except the bedding. Taxi driver had to call twice to find it. Youth from hotel came to meet the taxi on the dangerous main road and walked me 50m to its 'sister' hotel opposite. Anyway - dont book this place and lobby *********** to get it removed.
