Very premium hotel in jogja, spent 3 night here affordable for family trip with nice breakfast, clean pool, very friendly staff. Definately worth for spending holiday or staycation with family

The hotel location is most suitable for people who prefer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast tastes great with some menu changes every day. The facility almost complete. They were so nice to lend me the praying mats and iron. However, I don’t really like the scents of the lift, it’s less comforting to me also the sound of the air conditioner.

I was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

Room is nice. But little wear off the toilet . Look rusty etc. Room bed pillows are ok.

I paid for room facing the pool, was given room facing the garden! Trip.com shd refund the difference I paid. On the first day I asked for a hairdryer, despite 3 calls, to front desk, it was not delivered. Disappointed guest.

we booked 2 rooms and got a different type of room, i really love their silver room, looks so instagrammable. for the bfast, they serve indonesian and western food, the taste is quite good.

It is a very huge hotel…we were upgraded to a grand deluxe room upon check in….my family enjoyed the stay in the hotel☺️

The hotel and its facilities are bit dated and need further refurbishment. Location wise is OK, near to the airport and shopping mall. Despite the limitation of the infrastructure, the service provided by the attentive staffs was excellent.

Comfortable and pleasant stay with good breakfast , Lunch and dinner. Value for money.

This is definitely not MARRIOTT group of hotels ! Such a lousy breakfast, bad food quality, housekeeping service not good, rooms are old and shower handle, taps etc broken in bathroom even though we were staying in renovated rooms ! Very bad experience!!

The service is good but the hotel building seems to be with pretty long history as the amenities in the room are very old and out of date, there’re even broken facilities (such as socket on the wall) which may cause safety risks, would suggest to renovate to ensure the facilities match Sheraton’s brand
