perfect location, just 40 to 50 meter to the place for buying tickets and boarding to Sirmione; lovely services, gentle and kind; breakfast with many many choices, and the foods themselves tastes really good; the shortages was that the bathroom is too small, and the door does not have a locking clasp when staying within the room. Grazie mille!!

From the desk, to the room, to the pool and surroundings: I took a small break and found everything better than expected. A special mention to the restaurant and its service: I really felt special, liked the ambience, dishes where gorgeous and tasty and the service was so responsive and dedicated I felt like being in some fancy luxury venue. We had a nice stay here the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean although in my opinion the furniture and décor is a bit dated and could do with updating however it is functional. The balconies are large and sunny. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice we only had breakfast once so don't know if there are different items daily . The location its about 10 minutes from the centre for bars and restaurants and the ferry terminal and about the same to the train station in the opposite direction, 5minutes to Ins supermarket at the bottom of the street and around 15- 20 minutes to larger supermarkets. So its pretty central for everything. Disliked · Air conditioning very noisy had to turn it off at night and not very good during the day. Poor lighting in the room at night. Needs better access to the refuge bins. Soundproofing could be better. Hairdryer poor.

A lovely hotel in a great spot. All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts had a good range. The bar and terrace were good. We had a standard twin room which was very clean , a bit more storage space and a greater range of toiletries would have been nice for the the price. The restaurant was obviously highly rated but only had one vegetarian dish on the menu so we did not dine there. Overall a very pleasant hotel would stay there again

Fabulous location, just off the main square and the bars/restaurants. Boats/ferry virtually on the doorstop, so never had to go too far if we didn't want to. Train station about 15 mins walk away, easier downhill, not so quick on the way up with bags! For some reason I was expecting a smaller family run hotel. It seemed to be much bigger than I expected and that 'family feel' was lacking unfortunately. Majority of the time there was no one at reception and other than one staff member (or family) the rest seemed pretty uninterested. The hotel room was brown and although had 2 windows, looked onto the back of the building making the room felt quite dark. It was quiet though as long as the windows were closed and the room was clean. A continental breakfast was included. We were there for a week and unfortunately after the first couple of days there was no fruit available and from day 3/4 most of the breakfast offerings were mostly gone at least half hour before breakfast ended, which led to a few disgruntled guests and a few leaving still hungry. Other than breakfast, we did eat at the hotel a couple of times. The food was nice, though I felt a bit overpriced. Service was good on the first occasion but pretty indifferent on the second occasion. It felt like the owners' priority was on running the restaurants, which were busy, both at lunchtime and evening. The hotel was very convenient but overpriced for what it offered...but then I guess we went peak time...! I don't think I would rebook the hotel if I was to go back to Desanzano.

Beautiful chic hotel located in a convenient area of Desenzano del Garda,short walk away from the lake front, shops, restaurants and ferry port. The hotel has fabulous modern conveniences, beautifully decorated rooms with all the appliances and features you need. We had room 3, which was ground floor and had a decent sized terrace and we were amazed and surprised with it, it was more than we expected. The lady who runs the hotel is super friendly, and was great at giving recommendations and tips for during our stay. The hotel also offer a €9 continental buffet breakfast, we didn’t take up this offer however it is very well priced when you consider what you would pay at a restaurant. The offerings as we walked by looked delicious! I hope we get to come to this beautiful hotel again in the near future.
