Hotel Rekaan Unik di Nha Trang

IMPORTANT - This resort is catered to Koreans and 90% of the guest are Koreans. Signs are in English, Vietnamese and Korean and everything is clearly meant for the Korean customers, from the transport service to town at 10am, 3pm and 9pm (Korean time 12pm 5pm and 11pm) to the breakfast spread which is heavy on pork and only 2 dish of chicken and beef. If you are fine with not being the main target customer, this place is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Service was excellent, very attentive and customer focus, but slightly lack in attention to detail. For example, bringing pho noodles to our table at breakfast but not bringing chopsticks and spoon. Otherwise, it was excellent service, 4.5/5 stars. Location was great, nice view, nice atmosphere, 20 mins from airport. 5/5 can't get better. Resort policy is horrible. No outside food allowed, kitchen close by 9.30, so if you are hungry at night, you can't even order Grab food. In room water is only 2 bottles, you're expected to buy more water if you need more, tap water is not drinkable. Turn down service only offer you chocolate or biscuits but no extra water. Restaurant don't offer free still water, you have to buy that as well. Water is a basic human right, they actually try to monetize this. 1/5 hotel policy, utter failure of a resort. Room layout - We got cliff villa, but unfortunately for us, we got the last room at the edge of the cliff villa area. So that means unlike other cliff villa, our swimming pool is to the sides instead of the front of the building. Ferns and other plants are growing so when you are lying down on the bed or on the beach chair or in the swimming pool, all you see is plants, not the fantastic sea view. If you get room 512, you are getting a 'Plant Villa', not a cliff villa, because all you will see are plants, ask for room change because other villa get great view of the sea instead of plants. 1/5 rating, totalling not worth it for room 512 no matter how much they try to convince you that the villa has better view. (Yes, but only if you stand up. Not sure what kind of holiday people are having if they are suppose to stand up all the time). Overall stay 3/5 star. Service is 5 star, but everything else feel like 4 star hotel that's pretending to be 5 star. Policy need to be more guest friendly.

Very nice hotel and worth of money. I stay for 2 nights, it’s very convenient to go Vin Wonder amusement park. The room a bit old as classic style but it’s clean enough. I like breakfast at Marina restaurant, staffs very good service & take very good care to clear the dishes very fast. If I have chance, I will come back again.

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

Ia terletak di pusat bandar, jadi mudah untuk perjalanan kerana kedai urut dan restoran semuanya tertumpu di sana. Walau bagaimanapun, pengering adalah agak rawak, jadi ia mungkin rosak. Selain daripada itu semuanya baik. Kolam renang juga terletak di atas bumbung, jadi anda boleh menikmati pemandangan pada waktu malam atau siang hari. Perkhidmatan kakitangan adalah baik.

Pham Thi Thanh Thuy had exceptional customer service and hospitality! Her attention to our comfort and needs was first class and her attempt of speaking English was very welcomed! The food was wonderful and my compliments to the chief! All the waitering staff on our holiday was first class! I highly recommend was such an amazing experience!

Hope the manager will see this comments below and improve the service of some staff. Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

Thanks Ben and super amazing team at Six Sense. We loved every aspect of our family holiday and highly recommended and it's worth a trip to Vietnam to just stay at Six Senses (beach, food, spa, private pool, kids play areas, bars and more)

We are an Australian couple that stayed here for 5 days. Lovely resort and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. There is amazing views of Nha Trang city from this resort! They offer a free shuttle bus to the centre of Nha Trang at certain times which was great as there is no other shops/restaurants within a walkable distance. Taxis generally cost roughly 150,000 VND for a one way trip to the centre of town if required. The restaurant at the resort has delicious food though! They have app to download to your phone which provides information and you can order room services through. Small tip would be if they had QR code on pool side tables you could order drinks with. Currently you have to get up and go to restaurant to order, then they will bring to you. We would have spend a lot more money on drinks poolside if we didn’t have to get up each time! The staff we all friendly and all are happy to help. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here! Great place to stay for a relaxing, slow moving holiday! :)

Sebaik sahaja saya tiba, kakitangan yang sangat ramah menjaga bagasi saya dan membawanya pergi, dan walaupun terdapat sedikit orang, daftar masuk mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit. Saya merasakan kerja itu dilakukan lebih cepat daripada yang saya jangkakan. Resort ini sangat besar sehingga anda perlu menaiki kereta untuk bersiar-siar. (Bergantung pada di mana anda berada, jika anda memberitahu kakitangan, mereka akan memanggil kereta. Jika anda menelefon dari lobi atau bilik, ia biasanya datang dalam masa 5 minit, dan walaupun anda tidak menelefon, anda boleh terus naik ke atasnya. kerana mereka sering pergi.) Resort ini juga mempunyai pingpong, biliard dan pusat kecergasan untuk kegunaan anda. Mudah dan sesuai untuk bermain! Selain itu, kemudahan resort adalah selesa dan bersih. Tiada semut atau pepijat (saya nampak beberapa cicak yang sangat comel di atas jalan). Terdapat tiga kolam renang, jadi anda boleh menggunakannya bergantung pada kedalaman, lokasi, dan lain-lain, dan bahagian yang terbaik ialah pantai persendirian!! Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

Good spot hotel for staying in Nha Trang. Its very convinient and near beach. Staff very helpful. Only 1 thing we stay there 4 days but the houskeeping staff only fix our bed, bedsheet still keep as same. I dont know this is way of hotel or just personal.. we back to room quite late every day so we didnt ask for changing. Except of that all are very good. Still happy with staying here.
