After a very busy first quarter, I needed a break. My son, his wife, and I booked a stay using my Marriott points in Destin. I made the staff aware that I was coming in on points and requested an upgrade. We had a great room with a view of Henderson State Park, and The Gulf. The staff was so friendly. The hotel was clean, the pool was lovely, and breakfast was appreciated. It’s a great beach town property close to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend.

I really went in May of 2021 but it won't let me go that far. This is the best hotel I personally have been to. You have got to go to it. You can literally see the beach from the rooms facing its direction! And, it is a 2 minute walk to the beach! The breakfast is phenomenal and the pool is, too! It has resort style amenities, and you should absolutely book this hotel if you ever plan on going to Destin!

Room 159 has roaches and I do mean a lot of roaches

The location is very convenient, the smell of the room is smoke, with this price they can provide toothpaste and toothbrush, in case of need there are refrigerator, microwave, iron. The breakfast is just waffle and 1 type of syrup, and cup cake

Overall it was a great stay. Loved the hardwood floor as well as the shower/bathroom was clean and nice. A/c also worked exceptionally well. Only thing that wasn’t great was the water pressure was very low. Other than that, a great stay!
