Good to be back here. Had been my go-to hotel for Dhaka trips.

Arrived in hotel at about 1am Dhaka time, to realise that my room didnt have electricity, hotel made arrangement for me to stay at another hotel at 1 am! Was drained and tired, hotel claim that they couldn't contact me as I'm using my foreign number. Howevery they could have forseen this and emailed me or try other means to reach out to me. Room was clean and decent, the dining area seems to be infested with mosquito at night. Had issue with payment, apparently the staff wasnt charging me properly, i had to pay extra for my driver to pay outstanding for me.

hotel is good, people are nice, just during peak hpurs the traffic is very jammed

lakeshore有兩家酒店，banani這家門口沒有停車位，房間還算安靜，早餐也可以，服務也熱情。

房間有異味。

The resturaunt was absolutely amazing! There is a live station and the chef is absolutely wonderful suarav and prem were amazing and made the food perfectly and had top notch service. Felt like a five star restaurant and will definitely stay here again just for the food alone!

Lakeshore Banani is my home whenever I visit Dhaka. The location is accessible without going through the traffic jams in Dhaka. The hotel is comfortable, secure, clean, and well-maintained, with a restaurant serving good food and a hospitable staff. Thanks to the hotel's staff, Mr. Mozil and Mr. Faruk of the hotel's restaurant and to all staff who ensure an enjoyable stay in the hotel. The hotel is recommended for a short visit or a long term stay in Dhaka.

Great dinner with my friend on lakeshore suites. Mouth watering food and dynamic & unique service standard by service staff. Warm greetings & welcoming. Very nice atmosphere. Very safe & secure diplomatic zone. I recommend to everyone come &enjoy their Delicious dishes.

The hotel is very good, beyond my expectation. Food, Room, Room Service, Concierge Attendance, Security and Hotel Security were excellent. Mr. Faruk, Masum, Monzil, Saurav and chefs were excellent. The central air condition is excellent

After long time we are all my office colleagues enjoy our meal outside and very shortly we choose this place for our group Dinner the restaurant staffs are undoubtedly shown us very welcoming and guest friendly service. whatever we asked when I give reservation they provide us soo perfectly. Our full team are strongly satisfied with there service. We will visit again and recommends other because of there service and friendly environment with live kitchen.

The restaurant staffs are very helpful. They are very much experienced. Mostly the guys Mr. Masum & Monzir are very helpful. The Chef Mr. Prem’s cooking was so delicious. Specially his three egg omelette was superb. Every month I stay in this hotel only for the staffs good services. The foods are so delicious.

The service is very good. The stuffs were very welcoming. Coming back for sure for the breakfast buffet. Food was delicious. Environment was great. “We loved this place because it wasn’t just the typical dishes you usually find. We ended up ordering masala tea. We enjoyed them so much, we felt they were worth it.”

This is our second time visit First time we stay here with full family that was truly amazing experience and this time we had our early morning breakfast with family if I say honestly there are lots of changes with new breakfast 🥞 items specially live soup,Dosa and pan cake my baby's are enjoying their food which is also good experience for us. Mr Jaman(Restaurant Manager) he try to give us remarkable service with his team member even kitchen stuff are also trying to give quality food . We talk with Manager Jaman for a birthday Dinner party at Lakeshore Suits next month and he finally convince my child and husband for birthday event we believe he will arrange everything perfectly .
