We visited the vip chalet for 3 nights. We were 3 families with small children aged 3-9. The landscape and the position of the hotel is truly amazing but the service is terrible. First of all, we arrived at the hotel exactly at the check in time, 15:00 and we managed to get in our room at 18:00. During that time we went to the playground (January!!!). As a result, the kids were tired and cold and we just had to wait for a room that we paid for 900 per night! Moreover no one took us to the room as a welcome or to show us anything about it. They just pointed out which one is ours and we had to get back for the key. The breakfast was poor and not continental, as the director writes in another comment. There was no milk and cereals, no yogurt, no cheesepie and they said that we had to choose coffe or juice per person. The breakfast had jam, honey, eggs, bananas and apples. The sofa of the living room of the room was broken and when we mentioned that, they replied simply that they are aware of it and nothing more. We even had to argue about the parking outside our room. In addition to these, the wifi is almost not working. After hours of arguing they refunded 250€ in more than 7000€ that we paid in total. As a result it definitely not value for money. It is highly NOT recommended.
