Service was great - i was attended to by a trainee. room service staff were friendly and greeted Felt safe as cards required for main door access after 6pm Convenient location - minutes away to train starion - there is lift access so dont have to climb stairs. and a good coffee place in the office building. only picky about the luggage drawer which ifoumd some food speckles , and sound proofing as i could hear neighbour doors slamming

The hotel is beyond my expectation. Location is superb, just within few minute walk to Southern Cross Station, which is super comfy for transit. The staff was very nice and friendly. I checked in quite late at night and the receptionist kindly helped me carry my heavy luggages upstairs. Room is spacious and well-furnished. There are also a microwave & a small fridge with plates and forks available in the room. Bathroom is also well-equipped and tidy. I'm very satisfied with Travelodge and will definitely come back once travelling in Melbourne.

Great location near trains and restaurants, helpful and friendly staff. Laundry facilities were a nice convenient thing to have. Room was so so, the beds were too soft for us and some of the things in the room didn't work, e.g. the safe deposit box, and the sofa was broken. Carpets were also a little bit dirty. Overall, it's a good place if you are not too fussy about these things. Would come again for the location.

1) Microwave available for use but there is a warning tag which states that guests have to pay if there is a fire resulting from usage. Well, is the microwave maintained in the first place. 2) Front Desk allowed me to check out at 11.30am. But the same Housekeeping came knocking at 10am, 11am, 11.15am. I had to keep my door open for the last few minutes before check out time to show her that i am packing so that i don't need to keep attending to her whenever she knock on my door.

Is was very nice to stay here. We went to concert at Marvel Stadium just take 2 minutes walk from the hotel. I love it

Service at reception was exceptional. The standard of accommodation exceeded expectations and the breakfast standard was also a surprise.

The Travelodge Melbourne was located perfectly for us near Southern Cross Station so we could easily be up early and on the bus for an early flight the next morning. Located walked by distance from Marvel Stadium, Docklands, and the riverfront areas. The room was tidy. The evening was quite noisy with guests loudly making their way up and down the corridors late into the night

A go to hotel for us in Melbourne, for the convenient access to central Melbourne, Southern Cross station and the rail network to the city, and the air port skybus service from Southern Cross, to Avalon or Melbourne Tullamarine airports. We have stayed here multiple times, and base comfort, reasonable price, and location location location, dominate our reasons for the repeat stays.

I traveled to Australia for the first time and looking for a hotel was the hardest thing for me. This hotel I booked was excellent near the station and all the staffs were very kind.
