Grand Regal Hotel

WiFi configuration and connection is not good. Breakfast is not good. Rooms are big and clean.

My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this place. The hotel is severely lacking in cleanliness, with dirty rooms and public areas that are completely unacceptable. Moreover, the place is utterly unsafe, making it an uncomfortable and worrying environment. The most shocking incident was when a security guard barged into my room without any reason or prior warning, which is both illegal and a blatant violation of privacy. To make matters worse, he stole a large amount of money from me and my friends. When I reported the issue to the manager and threatened to call the police, he merely offered a weak and unconvincing apology without taking any serious action. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of a proper security system to ensure the safety of guests. I was left fearing that my room could be invaded again at any time. This hotel is entirely unsafe and fails to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. Based on this disastrous experience, I strongly advise against staying here, even if the prices seem low. Safety, respect, and cleanliness are fundamental for any accommodation, and this hotel does not provide any of these. Look elsewhere to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Worst experience… worstt staff… when something missing from their room they check their guests luggage 😂 … and said please cooperate with us our things are lost because of our negligence . They checked our personal handbags as well , and didn’t find their 10 riyal iron in our luggage . They should actually need to have basic learning regarding how to talk , how to behave …
