Everything was going well until the rest of my family arrived late on the 16th, around 11:45 pm. The receptionist treated them very rudely and ignored their request to take their belongings to the room. He even made fun of them. I was not aware of this until the following day when my family told me about it. I immediately raised a complaint against the receptionist. I don't wish to stay in a hotel where guests are not treated kindly.

Very bad service no one anwering the call I tried so many time to call but no one answered I ask for coffee and sugar sachet I didn't get it for 2 hours and I ask for to wine glass I didn't get it then I call again in room dining no answers then next day I call again then I get 2 wine glass it's took 1 night to get 2 wine glass same with the reception no one answered the call. The hotel is very good for the vacation with your family and loved once . But the service is very bad and also

We stayed here as 2 adults and 2 kids in a premium 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights. A few pros and cons. Pros: • Location was decent. It's not far from a lot of the main attractions. The furthest place we visited was Lusail which is about 20 minutes. • The pool was nice and spacious. It wasn't too crowded. The temperature was perfect especially for kids. • WiFi super fast and works everywhere in the hotel. • Kids Club was beautifully decorated. It was so peaceful and clean. The kids loved it and the staff were lovely. Cons: • It's difficult to get a taxi. Maybe this is the norm in Qatar but we had to ask the concierge to call a taxi and sometimes we would have to wait 20 minutes. Download Uber/TaxiF as it's faster. • Breakfast was a disappointment. There is little variety and the food was always cold. They served sausages and turkey rashers but no beans or mushrooms. The fruit was always finished and there was never any hot milk in the dispenser. • The room was fairly clean but we found hairs in random places like inside the tissue box and in the bathroom. There was also dust on the floor. I wish they were more thorough with cleaning the room. Overall this was a nice hotel and we would recommend it especially if you have small kids. It wasn't the best hotel we've ever stayed at and it is a little pricey for what it is but the apartment was spacious and the location is good if you're a tourist and want to explore the usual tourist spots.

Stunning hotel - clean, modern and conveniently located in Doha. Mood rooftop lounge is amazing - great cocktails, food and the most wonderful service from Anan! Highly recommend for evening drinks - we went every night of our trip. Also nice outdoor seating area around the pool

Value for the money. Every penny was worth it. The receptionist was so professional. Dinner was great. Rooms were clean with enough space. Every request was answered with immediate effect. The pool was so clean. Will always come again. All the staff were so friendly.

The hotel is in the heart of doha city making it easier to access souq waqif, city centre , the corniche. The hotel is so clean with staff providing excellent services especially Concierge, Reception and valet . Nicholas welcomed me with a nice smile and assist me with my bags and Hassiba checked me in very fast also jan was there to park my car. Hope to come back soon.
